It is believed that the COVID-19 virus originated from wild animals. Mammals such as primates are prone to becoming hosts of such zoonotic viruses, according to research. Humans need to pay more attention to how to interact safely with wild animals and how to coexist in harmony. In view of this, this study from the epidemic prevention, education and sustainable orientation, to Macaca cyclopis ecological attractions as the object of literature review. Search and collects in the national with educational nature of Macaca cyclopis ecological field, selected four, respectively: 1. Tainan – Nanhua Wushan Macaque Natural Reserve. 2. Dakeng, Taichung – Uncle Guo Macaque Eco-Zone. 3. Changhua – Ershui Formosan Macaques Eco-education Museum. 4. Shoushan – Association for Coexistence with Macaca cyclopis. The research object of search, first from the field research, on-site interview, network communication and telephone interview and other ways of research and analysis, and then use of in-depth interview method to invite experts and scholars in the three fields of epidemic prevention, education, sustainability, finally consolidate the results of the study. The results show that the best way to prevent epidemic prevention is zero contact and no interference. From the perspective of ecological education, education should take root from an early age, the feeling of closeness is more attractive than indoor teaching, but also the most easy to absorb knowledge and get feedback. In addition to maintaining the natural ecology as the core, tourism also needs to maintain moderate economic benefits in order to be sustainable development. Today, Macaca cyclopis have been adjusted from conservation to general wildlife, which has a certain impact on the number of wild populations; feeding derived from the ecological tourist attractions will come to an end; the operation of the folk characteristic ecological attractions is difficult, but the public department and the public attach limited importance to this issue. This study explores the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on natural ecological tourism and possible response strategies, hoping to restart the common prosperity and friendship between mankind and nature more attention.
