中高齡者對成功老化之重視度與滿意度之研究

摘要註:	人口老化是近十年來的全球趨勢，隨著高齡化社會到來，協助高齡者體會晚年生活的意義與價值，乃是高齡化社會的當務之急。各國對於老年人口增加，中高齡者成功老化的相關議題逐漸受到重視，希望使高齡者能經歷成功的老化，進而擁有更好的晚年生活品質。本研究擬以中高齡者為研究對象，探討中高齡者對於成功老化的看法及感受。為了解中高齡者對成功老化之重視度與滿意度，本研究以成功老化模式為基礎，輔以重要－表現程度分析法（IPA），建立中高齡者對成功老化之重視度與滿意度的研究架構，探討成功老化個構面在IPA的落點象限。本研究採問卷調查法，以南投區中高齡者為研究對象，回收有效問卷384份，以SPSS 18.0進行統計分析，並以IPA平面座標圖探討成功老化模式構面項目之分布。研究結果顯示「生活適應」、「社會及親友關係」、「經濟保障」三構面，落在第四象限區共有「能接受自己的現況」、「有可以說心事的親朋好友」、「不需要為錢煩惱」3題，顯示中高齡者對題項知覺為高重視度、低滿意度，相關社福單位可依此作為加強改善與成功老化各層面並研擬對策之參考。

With the coming of aging society, it’s necessary to help the middle-aged and older people understand the meaning and the value of the rest of their life. Because of the increase of senior population, all of the world place importance on the investigation of the successful aging. The middle-aged and older people are expected to experience successful aging, and further own better life in their senior years. This study focused on middle-aged and older people; discuss how they thought and felt about successful aging. Besides, in order to understandthe importance and satisfaction of successful aging among them, this research used the model of successful aging and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to explore the importance and satisfaction of successful aging among the middle-aged and older people; the quadrant placement of all the dimensions of successful aging is finally investigated. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the participants of the middle-aged and older people in Nantou County, and 384 valid questionnaires were obtained. The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS18.0 and the Cartesian coordinate map of IPA was applied to probe into the distribution of the items used to explore successful aging. The results showed that among three dimensions (life adjustment, the relationship between society and friends, and economic security), three items were categorized in the fourth quadrant, which were “accept the situation of my own”, “ have relatives or friends who can share thoughts”, and “don’t need to worry about money”. This indicated that the middle-aged and older people perceived high importance and low satisfaction of successful aging. The results can be used for planning future policy of strengthening and improving successful aging.
