摘要註:	本研究目的在瞭解祖父母的祖孫互動角色扮演及其生活滿意度之關係，採量化研究的問卷調查法，並將「祖孫互動角色扮演」變項分為「照顧生活與教導」、「決定事情與權威」、「提供學費與所需」與「依賴關心與照顧」四個構面；將「生活滿意度」變項分為「自我感覺」、「接受現實」、「身體健康狀況」、「社會互動」四個構面。研究範圍為南投縣國姓地區，調查對象為本區之祖父母，共發出500份問卷，回收462份，剔除無效問卷17份，總計有效問卷445份，回收率為92%，再以SPSS 18進行資料整理與分析，獲得以下研究結果：（1）祖父母的祖孫互動角色扮演及生活滿意度積極且正向。（2）祖父母因性別、教育程度、婚姻狀況、經濟狀況、健康情形、居住狀況不同，在祖孫互動角色扮演及各構面部分有顯著差異。（3）祖父母的祖孫互動角色扮演不會因年齡不同而有所差異。（4）祖父母因性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、經濟狀況、健康情形不同，在生活滿意度及各構面部分有顯著差異。（5）祖父母的生活滿意度不會因教育程度、是否與孫子女同住而有差異。（6）祖父母的祖孫互動角色扮演與其生活滿意度有正相關。

The "grandparent-grandchild interactive role-playing" consisted of four aspects: "Taking Care of Life and Teachings", "Deciding Things and Authority", "Providing Tuition Fees and the Required" and "Dependent Concern and Care". The "Life Satisfaction" consisted of four aspects: " Self Feeling", "Reality Acceptance", "Physical Condition ", and "Social Interaction".The study adopted quantitative questionnaire survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to the grandparents living in Guoshing Township in Nantou County to collect the data. 500 questionnaires were delivered and 462 questionnaires were returned, including 17 invalid questionnaires and 445 valid questionnaires. The return rate is 92%. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 version. Research findings were：（1） The grandparent-grandchild interactive role-playing and life satisfaction of the grandparents are both active and positive.（2） There are significant differences in the grandparent-grandchild interactive role-playing and the four aspects due to grandparents' gender, education level, marital status, economic status, health profile and living condition differences.（3） The grandparent-grandchild interactive role-playing does not vary due to grandparents' age differences.（4） There are significant differences in the life satisfaction and the four aspects due to grandparents' gender, age , marital status, economic status, and health profile .（5） Grandparents' life satisfaction does not influence by education level or whether or not living with their grandchildren.（6） Grandparents' grandparent-grandchild interactive role-playing with their Grandparents' life Satisfaction. has a positive correlation.
