摘要註:	依據2013年老人狀況調查，65歲以上老人有91％認為理想的居住方式是自宅，當高齡者身心狀況日漸老化，現有居家環境設計，已不符其生活需求，而須及早因應改善，期使高齡者在家中健康、安全、有尊嚴的成功老化。本研究目的在於瞭解高齡者對於自有無障礙住宅空間之重視程度與滿意程度，並利用重要與表現程度（IPA）分析法，分析無障礙住宅空間未來所需要改善的項目。本研究採問卷調查法，以南投縣65歲以上之高齡者居住兩層樓以上自宅為研究對象，調查問卷共發放460份，回收後有效問卷385份，以SPSS17.0進行統計分析，並以IPA平面座標圖探討構面項目之分布。研究結果發現，高齡者對於無障礙住宅空間六構面「住宅出入口」、「室內通道」、「樓梯」、「房間配置」、「浴室及廁所」及「廚房」均非常重視，在滿意度方面，無障礙住宅空間六構面均未達滿意，顯示各構面皆有改善空間；經IPA分析，計有「住宅出入口」、「室內通道」、「房間配置」、「浴室及廁所」及「廚房」構面等11個項目，位於第三及第四象限，顯見無障礙住宅空間有改善必要，以符合高齡者生活需求。

With the gradual aging of physical and mental conditions, the existent design for housing environment is no longer consistent with life needs, which should be immediately improved without delay. This direction will enable the elders to live at home with health, safety and dignity successfully. This study aims to inquire the degree of consideration and satisfaction of the elderly regarding the accessibility of their own residential space. By using importantance-performance analysis （IPA）, the study intends to analyze the potential needs for future improvement in accessible housing design. Thus, the study adopts questionnaires to investigate those elders over 65 years old living in houses with two more stories in Nantuo County. 460 copies of questionnaires are distributed and 380 valid copies are acceptable through SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis. As to the degree of consideration, this study finds that, according to the displacement of six facet items in IPA, the elderly pay the most attention to the six aspects in accessible residential space：the residential gateway, interior channel, stairs, room configuration, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. As for the degree of satisfaction, among the six facets, each scored lower than the the average, which obviously suggests all the faculities are supposed to be improved immediately. By using IPA, there are 11 items locating in the third as well as fourth quadrants. Hence, it truly reveals that there is an imperative necessity for improvement regarding the accessible residential space in Nan-tou County if the life needs of the elderly are planned to be practiced effectively.
