摘要註:	人類流感是由「流感病毒」所引起之急性呼吸道疾病。每年季節性流感在世界各地均造成不小的疫情，其中又以老年人為主要侵襲對象。爆發流行時，重症及死亡者多見於高齡者。近年來由於醫學發達，國人重視營養衛生保健，使得平均壽命不斷延長，台灣面臨人口結構高齡化的問題。流感防治最好的方法就是施打流感疫苗，但疫苗保護效力並非百分百，因此若能擴大社交距離甚至避免前往該地區也是一種防疫措施。本研究蒐集疾病管制署流感重症病例人數次級資料，以數學克里金法（Kriging）預測流行時序：預測台灣地區人類流感重症病例。在總計472週中所觀察到的和預測全國發生率之間的相關係數值為0.8369（提早1週的預測）。流感疫情的預測地圖可以將預測的數值顯示在台灣各縣市地區，並以顏色區分流感疫情，提高各地疫情之易讀性。本研究結果可提供高齡者日常生活流感疾病預防及國內旅遊訊息；避免造成區域性乃至全國性的人類流感大流行，進而造成國內龐大醫療支出與社會負擔。

Seasonal flu has caused no small outbreaksaround the world each year. And the elderly is the mainly attacked target. When Human influenza outbreaks, the situation of severe and deaths were more common in the elderly. In recent years, due to the medically advanced, people pay attention to nutrition, health care, so that the average life expectancy continues to increase. Due to the impact of the declining birthrate, aging population structure of Taiwan more quickly. Prevention is the best way to influenza flu vaccinations. But the protective efficacy of the vaccine is not a hundred percent, so even if social distancing prevent access to the area is a kind of prevention measures. In this study, the Department of Disease Control to collect the number of cases of influenza with severe secondary data, time-series prediction by analogues: prediction of severe cases of human influenza in Taiwan. The correlation coefficients 1- weekahead predicted and observed national incidences were 0.8369 over the 472 epidemic weeks. Flu epidemic prediction map can be predicted and displayed in the counties and cities in Taiwan, and color-coded flu epidemic increase over the legibility of epidemic. The results of this study may provide the messages to the elderly people about domestic tourism, daily life influenza disease or prevention messages. It can avoid regional and even national pandemic of human influenza causing huge domestic health expenditure and social burden.
