摘要註:	本研究旨在瞭解樂齡族群人格特質、老化態度與幸福感之研究，以提供樂齡族群及有關機關單位參考之依據。研究的進行，經由相關文獻探討的結果，本研究以樂齡大學55歲以上之樂齡族群為研究對象，採用問卷調查方式及SPSS進行統計分析得以下結論：（1）樂齡族群「人格特質」分為「開放性」、「盡責性」、「外向性」、「親和性」、「敏感性」五類型，其中以「盡責性」人格特質傾向最高，而「敏感性」人格特質傾向最低。（2）樂齡族群的「老化態度」頗高，其中以「老化認知」層面的反應較高，而「老化感受」層面的反應較低。（3）樂齡族群的「幸福感」情形具中度偏高，其中以「自我成就」的幸福感情形最好，而「生活滿意」的幸福感情形較低。（4）與樂齡族群「人格特質」五類型中，有部分相關之背景因素，包括性別、年齡、教育程度、退休前的職業、退休前工作年資、婚姻狀況、居住型態及自覺健康狀況。（5）與樂齡族群「老化態度」有關之背景因素，包括性別、教育程度、退休前的職業、退休前工作年資、婚姻狀況、居住型態、自覺健康狀況。（6）與樂齡族群「幸福感」有關之背景因素，包括性別、年齡、教育程度、退休前的職業、退休前工作年資、婚姻狀況、居住型態、自覺健康狀況。（7）樂齡族群「人格特質」中的開放性、盡責性、外向性與「幸福感」具有正相關，而敏感性人格特質與「幸福感」則為負相關。（8）樂齡族群的「老化態度」與「幸福感」具有正相關。（9）樂齡族群五種類型的「人格特質」皆對「幸福感」具有預測力。（10）樂齡族群的「老化態度」對「幸福感」具有預測力。

Conduct research via the results discussed in the literature, with "Ageing populations personality, attitude and aging studies of happiness --- Nantou area as an example" to be investigated. In Nantou County, more than fifty-five seniors University of Ageing population for the study were obtained 120 valid samples. After statistical analysis, we obtained the following conclusions:(1) Senior communities "personality" into "openness," "conscientiousness" "extraversion", "affinity", five types of "sensitivity" of which "conscientiousness" personality tends to highest The "sensitivity" personality tendencies minimum.(2) Senior ethnic group "aging attitude" high, which "cognitive aging," a high level of response, and "aging feel" lower-level response."Happiness" case.(3) Senior ethnic groups with high to moderate, which in the case of well-being "self-achievement" of the best, and lower "life satisfaction" happiness scenario.(4) Senior communities "personality" five types, some related to the background factors, including gender, age, education, occupation before retirement, pre-retirement years of work, marital status, residential patterns and the same age who would you compare it with their current health status.(5) and seniors groups' attitude toward aging "of background factors, including gender, education level, occupation before retirement, pre-retirement years of work, marital status, residential patterns, compared with the same age, who you feel now health.(6) Ageing populations "happiness" background of the factors, including gender, age, education, occupation before retirement, pre-retirement years of work, marital status, residential patterns, compared with the same age, who do you think their current health status.(7) Ageing populations "personality" of openness, conscientiousness, extraversion and "well-being" is a positive correlation, while the sensitivity of personality traits and "happiness" was negative.(8) Senior ethnic group "aging attitude" and "happiness" have a positive correlation.(9) Senior communities are five types of "personality traits" are on the "happiness" have predictive power.(10) Senior ethnic group "aging attitude" of "happiness" have predictive power.
