概要:	本研究旨在從人格特質、教學風格、專業能力等層面，探討與勾勒台灣當前高齡學習教學者之理想圖像。為達研究目的，本研究採質性研究之立意取向原則，從中部地區選取三位持續參與學習五年以上之高齡學習者為研究對象，進行深度訪談，收集相關資料進行分析討論，研究結論如下：受訪者認為高齡學習教學者之理想圖像涵蓋三個面向。（1）在人格特質方面，具備幽默風趣、包容力強、面帶笑容、互動熱絡等外向型人格特質的高齡學習教學者有助於學習者持續學習意願。（2）在教學風格上，能展現積極關注、教法多元、善於舉例、溝通技巧好、尊重學習者經驗、擅於採對話式教學等最為被高齡學習者喜愛。（3）在專業能力上，方案規劃、學習設計、人際溝通、諮商輔導、教學方法混用等專業能力是最能使高齡學習者「有效學習」與「持續學習」的知能。根據研究結論，本研究分別提出對政府相關單位、高齡學習機構、高齡學習教學者之建議：（1）政府應投入足夠經費資助樂齡相關高等教育機構進行專業師資培訓；政府應積極推展高齡者人力資源發展相關的方案與學習資源。（2）高齡學習機構應帶頭提倡專業、堅持使命感並以差異化實現存在價值。（3）高齡學習教學者本身即應該是終身學習的實踐者；高齡學習教學者應積極協助學習者開展人際網絡。

In order to achieve the goal of the studying, the determination-oriented principle of the quality method is adopted in this studying to select three aged learners who constantly participate in learning above five years as researching objects from the central section for making deep interviews and collecting related information to proceed with analysis and discussion. The conclusion of this studying is as follows:The interviewees have the opinion that the ideal image of Taiwan present aged learning educators contains three aspects.First, in the aspect of personality, that aged learning educators have extrovertive personal traits, the sense of humor, high holding capacity, showing smiles, interacting with others friendly, and etc., will be contributive to learners to continue and raise the learning will.Second, in the aspect of teaching styles, the teaching style that can show active attentions, have diverse teaching methods, contain excellent communicative skills, respect learners' experience, and adopt interactive teaching well will be favored most by aged learners.Third, in the aspect of professional ability, the professional abilities, case planning, learning designing, interpersonal communication, guidance and counselling, the mixed usage of teaching methods, and etc., are the most essential competence to make aged learners do effective and constant learning.According to the conclusion of the studying, there are suggestions proposed from this studying to the related units of the government, aged learning institutions, aged learning educators, respectively: first, the government should give enough financial assistance to higher educational institutions related to learning for professional teacher cultivation. Second, aged learning institutions should take the lead to advocate professions, insist on the sense of mission, and realize the value of existence by differentiation. Third, aged learning educators themselves should be the practicers of life-long learning; aged learning educators should enthusiastically assist learners in broadening their social networks.
