概要:	為了解民眾從事國外自助旅遊的行為意向，本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎，並增加「知覺旅遊風險」構面，建立民眾從事國外自助旅遊行為意向的研究架構。本研究以南投縣20歲以上民眾為研究對象，透過問卷調查方法來探討影響民眾從事國外自助旅遊行為意向的因素。研究結果發現，民眾對於從事國外自助旅遊的「態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」、「知覺旅遊風險」及「行為意向」的認同度女性大於男性；有自助旅行經驗者的認同度大於沒有自助旅行經驗者；經濟狀況越富裕者認同度越高。隨著教育程度愈高對從事國外自助旅遊的「態度」及「主觀規範」的認同度也越高。此外，多元迴歸分析結果顯示「態度」、「主觀規範」及「知覺行為控制」皆會正向影響民眾從事國外自助旅遊的行為意向。其中以「知覺行為控制」及「態度」的影響效果最高。再比較50歲以下與50（含）歲以上，兩者對「知覺旅遊風險」都不具顯著負向影響，表示對於國外自助旅遊風險的承受度高，而年長者對「知覺行為控制」明顯高於年輕人，而「態度」與「主觀規範」反而低於年輕人，表示教育及社會環境對年輕人有影響，年紀越大自主權越強烈，只要維持良好的健康狀況及經濟能力，多增加出國經驗，從事國外自助旅行也會是老年人最歡迎的休閒活動。

The study was conducted through questionnaires, with the subject of Nantou County habitants above twenty years old, to explore the factors influencing the behavior intention. The result showed that, regarding of “attitude”, “subjective norm”, “perceived behavioral control”, “perceived travel risk”, and “behavior intention” towards budget travel abroad, female had more identification than male, individuals with budget travel experiences had higher identification than those who did not, richer individuals tended to have higher identification, and the subjects with higher education level tended to have higher identification towards “attitude” and “subjective norm”. Moreover, the result of Multiple Regression Analysis indicated that, “attitude”, “subjective norm”, and “perceived behavioral control” had positive effects on individual’s behavior intention towards budget travel abroad, while they affected “perceived behavioral control” and “attitude”the most among all the elements.Furthermore, the study further compared the behavior intention of subjects under 50 years old and those of 50 years of age and above. Both of the groups had no significant negative effects towards "perceived travel risk," which meant they had great tolerance towards the risk from budget travel abroad.The elders' identification towards“perceived behavioral control”werehigher than that of the younger, while their identification towards "attitude" and “subjective norm” was lower than that of the younger. It revealed the fact that education and socialenvironment indeed hadinfluence on the younger, as people with elder age tended to have greater self-determination. As long as individuals maintained good health condition and financial ability to gain more travel abroad experiences, budget travel experiences could be the most popular leisure activities among the elders.
