摘要註:	本研究是在探討長期照護機構經營管理成功關鍵因素。研究方法採文獻探討資料蒐集和半結構式的深度訪談方式，交叉的比對後找出照護機構經營管理成功關鍵因素。從文獻資料中探討企業成功關鍵歸納出以下具體功能與特性有:隨時間會調整、服務內容與對象不同有所差異、未了解經營關鍵成功因素貿然投入導致企業經營失敗、經營重心在關鍵成功因素、有系統的策略規劃、資源管理的合理分配、分析競爭對手強弱的工具、提供完備的資訊化管理服務等項，可用來作為深度訪談的計畫作為長期照護機構經營管理成功關鍵因素探討之依據。訪談的對象以中部地區最近評鑑獲得優等某長期照護機構，藉此提煉出長期照護機構經營管理成功關鍵因素。本研究之結果如下（1）運用平衡計分卡為經營策略方針與績效管理途徑。（2）良好的專業團隊素養（3）優質的專業性服務（4）財務健全面的完善（5）防止意外災害事件發生（6）資訊化的服務系統（7）創新服務等7項為該機構經營管理成功關鍵因素。另外，長期照護機構經營管理成功因素受限制是人才不易培養。

The research methods utilize with collecting data through intensive literature discussions, semi-structured in depth interviews and cross matching data analysis in order to find key success factors within these institutions management. Based on literature studies among various successful enterprenuers, we have concluded some concrete features and functions. There are revisions from time to time, variation with service objects and contents, in haste of investment due to misjudgement of key success points, core of managements standing on key success factors, systematically strategic planning, fair allocation of resources management, tools for analizing the strengths and weaks of a competitor, services with whole packges of information technology management, etc. Of all the above will serve a foundation for further study in depth interviews and planning both on long-term caring facilities and its key success factors in management.The targets chosen to interviews are selected from the local central region where one of the long-term caring management facilities has been assessed with outstanding achievements. Therefore, looking at these key success factors of management will cultivate up some good long-term caring instituions for future.The results of this study are as follows:(1)the use of balanced scorecard (SWOT) as business strategy approach and performance management policy. (2) excellent team in specialty (3) high-quality services in professionalism (4) complete sets of mechenism in finance (5) accountable approach methods in prevention with accidental clamaty. (6)multi-informational service systems (7) and other innovative services. These are served for all organizations management as key significant success factorss. In addition, a long-term care management organization will be hampered in short of men resources when running the business.
