概要:	隨著時代的變遷以及進步，網路無國界形成現今的地球村，帶來便利和許多機會的同時，企業彼此競爭激烈，這使我們有危機意識，打開國際這扇大門，與世界接軌已經不是選項，而是必須面對的議題。本研究以汽車產業的新創公司，並進行DELPHI(德菲法)及AHP(層級分析)以演繹方式推導出新創公司成功因素，而透過本研究之分析整理，汽車產業新創公司成功因素包含掌握市場的時機、專注利基市場之經營與獲利模式以對抗現有競爭者、重視經營團隊，尤其在本身行業經驗和人脈上的經營，及公司策略規劃及治理等，可將創業的成功機率提升到最大。
