摘要註:	研究針對醫師的特殊工作型態開發人體工學問診椅，透過觀察醫生族群工作場域，使用“脈絡訪查”與訪談等研究方法，了解醫師於問診時需長時間坐在椅子上，且因為乘坐時需配合問診各種活動，會有各種不同使用椅子的模式。本研究透過實地進行“背、臀部壓力與生理量測調查”了解醫師於診間長時間坐椅之使用型態，將其使用各種狀態的壓力數據化，將醫師對椅子的特殊需求轉為相對應的設計。產品設計概念設計採用“脈絡訪查觀察”“背、臀部壓力與生理量測調查”的分析結果，並結合“人體工學椅設計建議方案”及“參考人因參數”打造符合感性設計兼具人因及結構之產品設計。

We use the interview and the "observation and observation" of the doctor's work field method to recognize that the physician in the inquiry will take a long time sitting in a chair, need to consult a variety of activities, and often use a variety of modes.We used the "back, hip pressure, and physiological measurement survey" to understand the physician's type of long-term using the chair in a clinic. Using the various pressure data, the analysis results of the investigation of "back, hip pressure, and physiological measurement", and combine with "ergonomic chair design proposal" and "reference human factor" to fit the physician's special needs of the chair. We create the product with the sensual design and safe structure.
