南投中高齡婦女對乳癌認知與參與乳房攝影行動之研究

摘要註:	乳癌為我國十大死因排名第四名，發生率及死亡率節年提升，透過文獻顯示，婦女定期接受乳房攝影篩檢不只可以減少疾病負擔還可以降低乳腺癌發病率及死亡率。本研究旨在探討中高齡婦女對乳癌認知與參與乳房攝影檢查行動，檢查行動包括乳房攝影檢查的行動利益及乳房攝影檢查的行動障礙。本研究以南投地區中高齡婦女為主要研究對象，採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。有效樣本為242份，經SPSS22.0統計分析，獲得以下結果：（1）南投中高齡婦女對乳癌認知是正向且肯定的。（2）南投中高齡婦女不同背景變項在「乳房攝影行動障礙」構面的分析結果為部份相關。（3）中高齡婦女「乳癌認知」構面與「乳房攝影檢查行動利益」構面呈現正相關。（4）中高齡婦女「乳房攝影檢查的行動利益」構面與「乳房攝影檢查的行動障礙」構面呈現負相關。本研究依據上述之研究結果，向政府、醫療相關單位、中高齡婦女與後續研究者提出建議。

In the literature review, women who took periodic inspection of mammography could not only reduce their expenses but also decrease the incidence and mortality rate of mammary carcinoma. This study aimed to explore the knowledge of breast cancer and behavioral intention of mammography which included benefits of action and barriers of action for middle-aged and elderly women in Nantou County in order to have earlier diagnosis and earlier treatment. This study was conducted by questionnaires on 242 middle-aged and elderly women. The data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and the results were shown as follows:（1） The participants had correct knowledge of breast cancer.（2） Some of the social demographic variables showed significant relevance with the barriers of action in mammography facet.（3） The knowledge of breast cancer and benefits of action of mammography were positively correlated.（4） Benefit intention and barriers of action of mammography were negatively correlated.
