概要:	本研究目的在探討南投市中高齡志工的學習動機與生活滿意度關係之研究。為達此一目的，本研究採用問卷調查法，蒐集368位志工資料，透過SPSS 22.0之統計分析，得出以下結論：（1）中高齡志工學習動機普遍良好，而以「自我學習成長」層面較高。（2）中高齡志工生活滿意度普遍良好，而以「日常生活樂趣」層面較高。（3）中高齡志工學習動機與其年齡、性別、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、擔任志工時間等變項無關。（4）中高齡志工生活滿意度與其年齡、性別、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、擔任志工時間等變項無關。（5）中高齡志工學習動機與其生活滿意度具有正相關。根據上述研究結果，本研究針對政府相關部門與機構及後續研究者提出具體建議。

To achieve the purpose of this study, questionnaire survey was conducted on 368 subjects. Based on questionnaire statistical analysis, the results were shown as follows:（1）The middle-aged and elderly volunteers were investigated to have good learning motivation, especially in the factor of self-study development.（2）The middle-aged and elderly volunteers were investigated to have good life satisfaction, especially in the factor of daily joy of life.（3）The middle-aged and elderly volunteers’ motivation had nothing to do with the variables: age, gender, educational level, employment, marriage, and the time spending on being a volunteer.（4）The middle-aged and elderly volunteers’ life satisfaction had nothing to do with the variables: age, gender, educational level, employment1.1, marriage, and the time spending on being a volunteer.（5）There was a positive correlation between the middle-aged and elderly volunteers’ learning motivation and their life satisfaction.Based on the results of the study, some suggestions were proposed to the relevant authorities and organizations as well as future studies.
