摘要註:	如何減少火災中的傷亡與財損，最重要的因素是發現火災的時間，因此，政府為使民眾提早發現火災的時間，鼓勵安裝住宅用火災警報器，法規明定於2017年12月31日前住宅場所需完成裝設住宅用火災警報器，但根據消防署統計至2015年11月為止，全國住宅用火災警報器安裝率僅達14%，安裝率偏低，因此，為何安裝率偏低是值得探討的議題。本研究為瞭解南投縣內45歲以上中高齡族群裝設意願偏低之因素，採用問卷調查法，利用紙本問卷方式進行各別發放調查並適時使用口述方式協助無法順利填答之受測者，且配合SPSS 22.0 Windows版分析，研究結果如下：（1）不同背景變項及不同建築物特性對防火知識瞭解程度有部分影響關係，其中教育程度及家中有無存放易燃物質對各構面皆有顯著差異關係；（2）影響火災警報器接受度的變項有「教育程度」、「家庭狀況」、「家中有無存放易燃物質」、「住家是否在巷道狹小處」及「住家附近是否有消防栓」五個變項；（3）防火知識瞭解程度各構面與火災警報器接受度之間呈正相關。研究結果可提供消防機關於防火宣導時為宣傳重點，增加中高齡族群購買及安裝住宅用火災警報器之意願。

Therefore, the government encourages citizens to install residential fire alarms for the early warning of fire detection. Fire Services Act has announced that the residential area must install residential fire alarm before December 31st 2017. However, according to the survey conducted by the National Fire Agency until November 2015, the residential fire alarm installation rate merely reaches 14% countrywide, which is relatively low. Consequently, the following discussion is to analyze the low installation rate issue. The research is to understand the factor of the installation unwillingness for the over 45 year-old middle-aged and elderly groups in Nantou County. It conducts questionnaire design and analyses the data using SPSS 22.0 Windows version. The result of the research follows: (1) Different background variation and different residential construction have partial influence to the knowledge of fire protection, and both the level of education and the presence of flammable substances in houses have a positive impact on every facet of the research. (2) The variations that influence the acceptance toward fire alarm include 5 variations, including “the level of education”, “family condition”, “the presence of flammable substances in houses”, “whether houses are located in narrow alleys” and “whether there is fire hydrant in the neighborhood”. (3) The facets of knowledge of fire protection have a positive impact to the acceptance of fire alarm. The research result is able to be as the emphasis of fire prevention promotion for the fire authorities and to enhance the willing for the middle age and elderly groups to purchase and install residential fire alarm.
