現代工商社會人際疏離，祖孫互動良好與否，對家庭和諧及高齡長者身心健康的影響，極為重要。本研究旨在探討現代祖父母與孫子女相處的模式及影響互動的因素，進而優質祖孫互動促進健康老化。研究方法為半結構之深度訪談法，再經紮根理論分析統整，研究樣本取自彰化縣某國小低年級祖孫共計21組。結果發現：（1）祖孫互動的模式可歸納為：語言互動、肢體接觸互動、生活協助互動、上對下的管教互動以及祖孫衝突。（2）祖孫互動的影響因素可歸納為：家庭的組織型態與居住距離的影響、主動性與否、家庭教育的鼓勵、學校教育的介入、個人氣質的差異、年齡的影響、性別的影響、生活習慣的影響、智慧型手機的影響以及健康因素等。根據研究結果，歸納結論為家庭教育是影響祖孫互動最大也是最重要的因素，且優質的祖孫互動能促進祖輩的身心健康與家庭和諧關係。建議：鼓勵低年級學童訪問及參與寫下祖孫故事之方式以強化祖孫互動、促進祖父母身心健康，達到健康老化的目標。

In a society where individuals are often socially isolated from each other, the quality of interaction between grandparents and grandchildren is crucial to the maintenance of family harmony and the physical and mental health of older adults. This study investigated the patterns of interaction between grandchildren and grandparents and the factors that influence their interactions. Semi-structural in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data, which were subsequently analyzed and compiled using the grounded theory. After first- grade and second-grade students in an elementary school in Changhua County, Taiwan, and their grandparents were recruited, a total of 21 pairs of grandparent and grandchildren samples were obtained. The study results are as follows:（1）The interaction patterns between the grandparents and grandchildren can be divided into the following types: language interaction, physical contact, life assistance, top–down discipline, and conflicts.（2）Factors that affected grandparent–grandchildren interactions include: family structure and living distance between grandparents and grandchildren, proactivity, family education that encourages grandparent–grandchildren interaction, intervention of school education, personal disposition difference, age, gender, lifestyle, use of smartphones, and health.On the basis of the research results, this study concluded that family education is the most significant and crucial factor that influence grandparent–grandchildren interaction. High-quality interaction between the two parties can facilitate grandparents’ physical and mental health and create a harmonious relationship among family members. Accordingly, this study suggested that lower-grade elementary school students can be encouraged to interview their grandparents and write down their interactions to enhance the quality of grandparent–grandchildren interaction and increase grandparents’ physical and mental health. Thus, the goal of healthy aging can be achieved.
