摘要註:	本研究旨在探討非營利組織之組織承諾、領導風格與退會傾向現況與關係，並分析不同背景變項的會員對非營利組織之組織承諾、領導風格與退會傾向之差異情形。本研究以中華民國青商會之會員為研究對象，以「組織承諾」、「領導風格」及「退會傾向」量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共計發放1000份問卷，獲得有效問卷882份。以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、在會員背景變項中性別以「男性」、年齡以「30-39歲」、學歷以「大專院校」、婚姻以「已婚」、職務以「一般會員」及入會年資以「5年以下」最多。二、就現況來況，組織承諾及領導風格平均得分高，退會傾向平均得分低。三、背景變項中「學歷」、「擔任職務」及「入會年資」在組織承諾、領導風格及退會傾向上達顯著差異；而「學歷」在領導風格及退會傾向上達顯著差異。四、組織承諾、領導風格與退會傾向各層面皆達顯著相關。五、組織承諾與領導風格對退會傾向具有預測之效果。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議，作為業者之參考依據。

Analyze the differences between the organizational commitments, leadership styles and turnover intention of non-profit organizations for members with different background variables. This research uses the members of the Taiwan Junior Chamber and uses "organizational commitment", "leadership style" and "turnover intention" as research tools. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 1000 questionnaires with 822 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. In the context of membership background, gender is "male", age is "30-39", education is " colleges and universities ", marriage is "married", job title is "general membership " and membership is "5 years Below. 2. The average score of the organizational commitment and leadership style is high and turnover intention is low. 3. In the background variables, “education”, “duty”, and “membership” have significant differences in organizational commitment, leadership style, and turnover intention; while “education” has significant differences in leadership style and turnover intention. 4. The organizational commitment, leadership style and turnover intention are all significant correlation. 5. Organizational commitment and leadership style has predictive power to turnover intention The study also provides suggestions based on the study results for the related industry.
