摘要註:	近十年來全球製造業吹起工業4.0的風潮，各國的企業為提昇國際競爭力，紛紛投入工業4.0之列，致力建構智慧工廠。面對全球趨勢的智慧化生產方法，台灣企業也不能置身事外。至於佔台灣九成以上的中小企業，在面臨產業需求改變，如少量多樣與客製化的訂單需求，更是需要尋求新的方法來提升效能與降低成本，並達成轉型升級的目標。本研究之目的在於調查工業4.0在傳統產業園區發展之現況，以及分析企業所遭遇到的問題。調查範圍侷限在南投的南崗工業區，選定園區裡五個不同產業的公司來進行調查研究。本研究採取SWOT分析和深度訪談法作為研究方法，透過企業訪談及問卷調查來進行資料的蒐集與分析。藉由分析進而探討南崗工業區導入工業4.0可行的轉型升級方式與策略。

In order to enhance international competitiveness, enterprises in various countries have invested in Industry 4.0 and are committed to building smart factories. When it comes to the trend of smart automation in manufacturing technologies, enterprises in Taiwan cannot stay aloof from it. As is known, more than 90% of enterprises in Taiwan are small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). When facing changes in industrial demand, such as small-volume large-variety production and customized production, enterprises need to come up with ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and meanwhile achieve the goal of transformation and upgrade.The purpose of this study is to investigate the status quo of the Nangang Industrial Park in Nantou for the implementation of Industry 4.0, and to analyze the problems encountered by enterprises. The scope of the survey is limited to the Nangang Industrial Park, where five different companies are selected for investigation. In this study, SWOT analysis and In-depth Interview are used as research methods. It collects and analyzes data through interviews and questionnaires. And through analysis, it explores the practical methods and strategies for the implementation of Industry 4.0 into the industrial park.
