摘要註:	台灣自民國82年起進入高齡化社會，長者健康議題逐漸獲得重視，也深切影響當今長期照護政策規劃，其中「醫療」肩負健康照護與疾病治療等任務，醫療人員須持續精進新知技術，方能提升素質、給予最佳醫療服務。醫事教育向來多採實體授課，數位學習雖日漸普遍，但仍受諸多限制。本研究以中部某地區教學醫院護理科新進人員（NPGY）為研究對象，以自我調整學習及行動學習等理論為基礎、病安異常事件為教材設計線上數位課程，並進行滿意度問卷調查，以瞭解數位學習對護理人員自我學習成效。問卷結果採用描述性統計、差異性分析、及相關性分析，分析結果顯示訓練階段及所屬單位不同都將影響NPGY對學習工具適用性的認同度。NPGY普遍認同具回饋功能之數位學習有助於提升學習成效，惟自我偵測錯誤技巧尚不易達成，且建議配合課程主題選定合適學習工具將更能幫助學習效率。

Medical personnel must constantly improve their knowledge and technologies to improve their quality and provide better medical services. Medical education almost has been taught in class, and online learning is increasingly common despite its various limitations. In this study, Nurse Post Graduate Year（NPGY）from the nursing department of a district teaching hospital in central Taiwan were taken as the object, and online digital courses were designed based on theories such as self-regulated learning and mobile learning as well as teaching materials of medical adverse event. Satisfaction questionnaires were also conducted to understand the effect of digital learning on nurses’ self-learning. The questionnaire results were subject to descriptive statistics, differential analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that different training stages and different units would affect the recognition of NPGY on the applicability of learning tools. NPGY generally agrees that digital learning with feedback function can improve learning efficiency, but it is not easy to achieve the skill of error self-detection. It is suggested that selecting appropriate learning tools for the subject of the course can be beneficial for learning efficiency.
