摘要註:	車輛在高速行駛時，如遇到下雨會影響駕駛視線，也可能因路面濕滑，造成車輛有水漂現象，導致車輛打滑或失控，而造成車禍情況發生，如何在下雨時，警示駕駛者要降慢車速，作為本研究的研究構想。本研究運用攝影鏡頭將影像，傳送至樹莓派微處理機，運用python OpenCV電腦視覺程式庫進行影像分析，如影像分析出是下雨的情況時，經由樹莓派3.5吋LCD顯示器進行警示需降低車速，達到提示駕駛者的功能。研究結果發現透過樹莓派與攝影鏡頭提供即時影像，經由影像分析後可有效的分析是否為下雨情況，並運用無雨及有雨各900張影像實驗測試，尋找顯示器判斷之臨界值，如影像分析後點數達到臨界值時，將安全提示顯示於LCD顯示器上，達到研究所需研究之目的，系統未來可用於自動駕駛系統之車輛上，達到影像分析下雨情況之應用。

It may also cause the vehicle to hydroplane due to the slippery road surface. Vehicles slides out of control on a wet road will cause car accidents. This study discusses how to effectively warn drivers to slow down the speed while driving in the rain.In this study, the picture taken by the camera is transmitted to Raspberry pi microprocessor. The Python OpenCV computer vision library is used for image analysis. If the captured image analysis shows raining, the warning should be sent to drivers via the Raspberry Pi 3.5” LCD display as an alert to remind drivers of reducing and slowing the car speeds, which serves as an effective alert system.The research found that the Raspberry Pi and the camera provide real-time images. After image analysis, it can effectively analyze whether it is raining, and use 900 images of rainless and rainy experiments to find the critical value of the display judgment, such as image. When the number of points reaches the critical value after analysis, the safety prompt is displayed on the LCD display to achieve the research purpose of the research. The system can be used in the vehicle of the automatic driving system in the future to achieve the application of image analysis and rain.
