摘要註:	內政部2018年10月公布最新統計，近十年我國老年人口增加38％，而「老年人居住者宅數」更暴增57.2％。截至2018年6月底，全台逾52萬住宅僅老人居住，僅1人居住的「獨居老人宅」更高達39萬，如何滿足獨居老人的生活需求是現今迫切需要關注的問題。智榮基金會龍吟研論在2017年底進行「樂樂活大家講—未來長者生活需求大調查」，其中蒐集了1341筆獨居老人的生活需求資料，本研究透過此公開的次級資料，探討台灣獨居長者的生活需求、麻煩與解決方法。研究結果顯示：獨居老人最關心的前兩項生活需求是”自己打理生活”及”吃得營養健康”。在「自己打理生活」需求的麻煩中，以”老擔心忘記關火、關瓦斯，就怕發生意外”及”年紀大手腳不俐落，要爬高、出力的家事做不來”最大，而針對「自己打理生活」的需求最滿意的解決方法是”遠端關閉爐火及”定時自動關閉爐火”。而在「吃得營養健康生活」需求中，以”蔬果看不出有沒有農藥汙染，吃的不安心”及”一兩個人吃只能簡單煮，很難營養均衡” 是最大麻煩；而針對「吃得營養健康生活」需求最滿意的解決方法是”可以買到便宜的蔬果”及”買到可靠的農產品安心標章”。因此營造安心安全的居住生活環境與方便吃到健康蔬果將是獨居老人迫切的需求。建議政府與業者依獨居老人需求，制訂相關政策與開發相關產品，如簡易操作手機app進行遠端遥控或定時自動關閉水電瓦斯爐火等家務自動化產品，來提升居家生活的功能，到宅家事服務或簡易即時修繕服務，及全方位的物業管理或家務機器人受到獨居老人喜好。便宜又營養且有安全認證的小包裝食材包及規劃愛心待用餐廳都受獨居老人青睞，社區能開設共餐可以滿足獨居老人的營養均衡需求，另推廣志工服務及居家服務員提供安全安心生活品質。

Till the end of June， 2018， there are more than 520，000 houses with elderly living only， and the amount of “elderly living alone” are as high as 390，000. Thus the living needs of elderly living alone is a problem which needs to be concerned urgently. At the end of 2017， Stan’s Foundation Chinese Consumer Center conducted a survey “Everyone talk about happy living: on the living needs of elderly in the future，” which collected data from 1，341 elderly living alone. This study uses the aforementioned open secondary data to understand the needs， pain points and solutions of the elderly living alone in Taiwan. The results show that the first two most concerned living needs are “do housework by themselves” and “eat healthy and nutritious.” The main pain points of “do housework by themselves” are “worry about forgetting to turn off the fire that causes accidents，” and “too fragile to climb high and hold heavy stuffs.” And the most satisfied solution is “turn off the fire remotely” and “automatically.” The main pain points of “eat healthy and nutritious” are “worry about the invisible pesticide pollution on vegetables and fruits，” and “one person’s dish is simple but not nutritious enough.” And the most satisfied solution is “buying vegetables and fruits cheap” and “reliable.” So creating a relieving and safe living environment will be an urgent need for elderly living alone. According to the results of this study， it is suggested that the government and the industry can make relevant policies and develop related products to enhance the quality of life for the elderly living alone.
