摘要註:	五十肩是一種發病不明原因的肩關節疾病，中高齡上班族常因工作超時，身體嚴重過勞，促使各種痠痛上身，罹患五十肩的人愈來愈多。本研究旨在透過深度訪談，探討中高齡婦女為何罹患五十肩，並了解及其生病經驗。研究者透過訪談逐字稿的分析，得知以下結論：（1）在生病前的階段，受訪者的日常生活作息十分隨興。（2）發病時的階段，受訪者感覺早上起床後整個肩膀痠痛無力舉高，晚上睡覺時常半夜痛醒，怎麼會這樣，很驚訝為甚麼會得到這樣的病。（3）就醫階段，受訪者透過藥物治療，針灸、拔罐、推拿及物理治療3個月後，肩膀症狀明顯改善，並可以自理日常生活。（4）復原後的階段，受訪者須長時間多活動肩膀持續做復健動作。（5）生病經驗的反思方面，受訪者體認到健康的生活習慣和適度的運動才是最重要的。研究者透過受訪者生病經驗的自我敘說與反思，對健康的中高齡者，已患五十肩的中高齡者分別提出建議，希望對高齡社會的長者有所貢獻。

Most people often suffer from it due to overtime work and acid constitution. This study aims to explore illness experience of three older adults, suffering from frozen shoulder in Changhua. Through in-depth interviews, the results were showed that: (1) At the pre-illness stage, the interviewee lived an easy-going life at her pleasure; (2) At the onset of illness, they felt uncomfortable in pain and was surprised at the result. (3) At the stage of medical treatment, they accepted medical treatment, acupuncture, and physiotherapy to recover the illness; (4) At the stage of recovery, they got better from the rehabilitation exercise. (5) At the stage of reflection, they got to know the importance of healthy daily habits and exercise. Through the self-narration and reflection of the case-based illness experience, the suggestions were made for recommendations on healthy middle-aged and elderly people and unhealthy ones with frozen shoulders.
