概要:	告子曰：食、色，性也，馬斯洛的需求理論也認為「性」是人類的基本生理需求之一，但中國人的傳統觀念卻認為，一旦年紀進入了中高齡之後，「性」是不會存在於生活作息內，也不可以有此念頭或行動出現。甚至隨著老化，長者對性的需求也每況愈下。基於此，本研究旨在探討高齡夫妻對性生活之滿意度，本研究採用深度訪談的質性研究，研究對象為二對住在草屯地區的高齡夫妻，透過訪談逐字稿的結果分析，得知以下結果：（1）身體外觀、內分泌的改變、身體衰弱導致體力、精力的下降等生理老化時，都會影響性生活滿意度，若是有規律的運動習慣，對於體力的維持是有正面的肯定；（2）面臨焦慮、情緒低落、勃起困難、無法持久，自信心的缺乏等心理老化時，都會影響性生活滿意度；（3）罹患疾病、家庭經濟收入多寡、不同的宗教信仰，都會影響性生活滿意度，必須花更多的心思在照顧與溝通上；（4）溝通、言語讚美鼓勵、貼心擁抱、輔助用品等對性生活滿意度都有正向肯定。由以上研究結果顯示：雖然老化對於性生活有所影響，但規律的運動、時常的溝通、言語讚美與鼓勵、性交後貼心擁抱、輔助用品使用，都會讓另一半有較高的滿意度，對於彼此間的親密度，也會有正面的肯定。

Maslow’s theory of demand also believes that “sex” is one of the basic physiological needs of human beings, but the traditional Chinese concept holds that once the age has entered the middle age, “sex does not exist in life and work, nor can it have this thought or action. Even with aging, the demand for sex among the elderly has gone from bad to worse. Based on this, this study aims to explore the satisfaction of senior couples in sexual life. This study used a qualitative study of in-depth interviews. The study was conducted on two pairs of senior couples living in the Caotun area. The following results were show：（1） physical appearance, physical deterioration, physical decline, physical decline, etc., would affect sexual life satisfaction. If there is regular exercise habit, it is positive affimation for physical strength maintenance; （2） Faced with anxiety, depression, erectile dysfunction, inability to last, lack of self-confidence, etc., will affect sexual life satisfaction; （3） suffering from diseases, family economic income, different religious beliefs, would Influence life satisfaction, we must spend more thoughts on care and communication; （4） communication, verbal praise, intimate embrace, and auxiliary products were positively affirmed for sexual life satisfaction. From the above research results, although aging has an impact on sexual life, regular exercise, frequent communication, verbal praise and encouragement, intimate embrace after sexual intercourse, and use of auxiliary products would make the other half have higher satisfaction. The intimacy between each other would also be positive.
