摘要註:	芳香療法是指藉由植物所萃取出的精油做為媒介，並以按摩、薰香等方式經由呼吸或皮膚吸收進入體內，而達到舒緩精神壓力與身體保健的一種自然療法。國內芳香療法課程大多以美容、美體角度切入，而本研究設計課程是以老人生理、心理需求，以及照服員學習需求，設計適合照服員學習的課程。因此本研究目的運用ADDIE課程教學設計芳香療法課程，並探討照服員對於此課程的學習成效。課程包含學科與術科，學科方面包含精油認識、老人常見生理、心理狀況；術科方面包括撫觸療法、淋巴按摩、化妝品製作等40小時實際操作訓練。本研究並以中部照服人員為研究對象，展開為期一週的芳香療法課程，利用4R柯氏學習評估模式設計問卷，採用李克特式五點式量表做為評估銀髮芳療照護照服課程設計滿意成效，以橫斷式便利取樣方式，問卷使用SPSS 22.0作統計分析。問卷評估以柯氏4R評估為問卷題向，透過教學結束後發放118份，共回收80份。在本研究分析不同個人背景變項與學習成效各構面差異結果顯示，教育程度越高，認同度越高，越年輕族群接受芳療照護課程越高，由此得知教育程度與年齡層對於教學成效滿意有明顯差異。本研究建議教育單位，能推動芳療技術士證照認證，將芳香療法照護課程導入照服員繼續教育的學分，提昇照服員另一服務技能，使照護服務能更為多元，造福服務的個案。

Aromatherapy courses are quite popular in China. Course design is mostly cut from the perspective of beauty and body. This research design course is designed based on the physical and psychological needs of the elderly and the needs of the caregiver to design courses suitable for the caregiver. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use the ADDIE course to design an aromatherapy course, and to explore the effectiveness of the caregiver's learning of this course. The course includes disciplines and technical subjects. The subject includes essential oil understanding, common physical and psychological conditions of the elderly; the technical subject includes 40 hours of practical operation training such as touch therapy, lymphatic massage, and cosmetic production. This study also took care of staff in the central region as a research object, and started a week-long aromatherapy course, the questionnaire was designed using the 4R Kirkpatrick Model, and the Likert Type five-point scale was used to evaluate the satisfactory results of the silver hair aromatherapy passport service course design. The cross-type convenient sampling method was used. The questionnaire used SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis. The questionnaire evaluation was based on the 4R Kirkpatrick Model evaluation questionnaire, and 118 copies were distributed after the end of the teaching, and a total of 80 copies were recovered. In this study, the analysis of different personal background variables and the differences in various facets shows that the "education level" is disguised, the higher the education level, the higher the recognition level. "Age Difference" The results show that the younger the ethnic group, the higher the aromatherapy care course, among them, the students were found to be 20-29 years old, indicating that the caregiver was younger. From this study, it was learned that there is a significant difference between the educational level and age for teaching satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that future researchers can make a qualitative discussion on the above. It is expected that the education unit can promote the certification of aromatherapy technicians, introduce aromatherapy nursing courses into the credits of continuing education of caregivers, and improve the other service skills of caregivers, so that the care services can be more diverse and benefit the service cases.
