摘要註:	網際網路的普及與便利性產生了種種的問題，網際網路的過度使用更影響了個人的身心健康，因此網路成癮變成社會國家極力想預防的重大議題；近年來網路調查發現中高齡者依賴網路的人數逐年增加因此探討中高齡者網路使用行為及網路成癮變成為迫不及待的當務之急。本研究以南投縣中高齡者為研究對象，以採用陳淑惠（2003）「網路成癮量表 (CIAS)」做為評估網路成癮傾向的自填式量表，該量表共分五個構面共26個題項，以問卷調查的方式來探討網路使用者網路使用行為以及網路成癮之現況。研究結果發現，不同年齡族群網路使用者對於網路使用之行為現況差異性較小；而在五個構面中的「強迫性上網」、「網路成癮戒斷反映」、「網路成癮耐受性」與「人際與健康問題」皆有成癮傾向。在不同受測者背景變項對網路成癮的交叉分析中「年齡變項」與網路成癮有顯著性相關，顯示年齡層愈低網路成癮傾向愈高；女性在網路成癮方面的比率高於男性；教育程度越低越有網路沉迷傾向；自由業與家管及婚姻狀況為未婚者亦呈現高度網路成癮傾向，經濟狀況以富裕者呈現網路成癮的比率最高，在健康狀況變項下則以呈現健康狀況不佳者有高比率網路成癮的狀況，而居住情形以與家人同住者網路成癮比率最低。此外，依據各構面分析結果顯示，影響網路使用者網路成癮最大因素為「強迫性上網」，其次為「網路成癮戒斷反應」；顯示中高齡者與其他網路使用者一樣，受到網路使用工具及使用活動而有網路沉迷之傾向；因此希望相關單位能重視中高齡者使用情形關懷高齡者網路使用需求並提供各種網路成癮與輔導相關資訊。

The excessive use of the Internet has even affected the physical and mental health of individuals. Therefore, Internet addiction has be-come a major issue that our society must face now. According to a recent Internet survey, we find the number of elderly people who rely on the Internet has been increasing year by year. Therefore, investigating In-ternet user behavior and Internet addiction among middle-aged and el-derly people have become the motivation of this study. This study takes the middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou County as the research ob-ject, and uses Chen Shuhui's (2003) "Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS)" as the questionnaire to assess the tendency of Internet addiction. The scale which has 26 items is divided into five dimensions, and is used to inves-tigate Internet users’ Internet usage behavior and the current status of In-ternet addiction. The results of the study have found that Internet users of different ages’ groups only have relatively small differences in the current behavior of Internet use. But among the five dimensions, the dimensions of "compulsive surfing", "Internet addiction withdrawal response", "addiction tolerance" and "interpersonal and healthy problems" have addiction tendencies. In the cross-analysis of different subjects’ background variables on Internet addiction tendency , the “age variable” is significantly corre-lated with Internet addiction. This shows that the younger age group, the higher the tendency for Internet addiction; the rate of addiction of female is higher than male; the lower the level of education, the more likely to addict to the Internet; unmarried people, free employment, housekeepings, and unmarried, all have a high tendency to addict to the Internet; and wealthy people have the highest rate of internate addiction. In various health con-ditions, people in poor health have a higher rate of Internet addiction, while those who love with family members have the lowest rate of Internet ad-diction. In addition, according to the analysis results of various dimensions, the biggest factor which influences Internet users’ Internet addiction is "compulsive surfing", followed by "Internet addiction withdrawal re-sponse." This shows that by using tools and activities on the Internet, middle-aged and the other Internet users are similar to tend to be addicted to the Internet. Therefore, it is hoped that relevant departments could first pay attention to the internet use of middle-aged and elderly people, and second, understand the needs of the elderly in using internet , then provide various assistance and counseling about Internet addiction to them.
