中高齡居家照顧服務員工作壓力與生活幸福感之相關研究 : 以台中市為例

摘要註:	台灣已進入高齡社會，民眾對居家照顧服務員（以下簡稱居服員）需求明顯逐年增加，然而居服員因工作所產生的壓力，是其在職場上流動率偏高的主因之一。本研究目的在探討中高齡居服員的工作壓力與生活幸福感的相關性，以台中市的中高齡居服員為研究對象；共發出376份問卷，回收有效問卷341份，回收率90％。研究結果顯示，中高齡居服員以女性為主佔90％；學歷以高中職為主佔40.8％，年齡層則以45-49歲居多佔34.3％。在工作壓力方面，「居服員的工作是很耗體力的」、「害怕因做錯事造成個案的傷害」、「遇到無法溝通的家屬會有壓力」此三個題項是讓中高齡居服員感到壓力最大的主因。在生活幸福感方面，「生命非常有意義及目標」、「對生活中的事件產生好的影響」、「工作上有成就感」三個題項的認同度最高。在皮爾森積差相關分析中，整體工作壓力與生活幸福感具顯著的低度負相關。本研究結果能提供給居服相關機構與學界參考，建議居服相關單位重視中高齡居服員的工作壓力，並定期給予專業培訓及溝通技巧，以提昇其生活幸福感。

This is because Taiwan has entered an aging society. As a consequence, the demand for home-care workers has also increased. Due to harsh working conditions however, the retention rate is relatively low. The purpose of the study is based on the correlational study on occupational stress and the well-being of the middle-age and senior home-care workers in Taichung City. A total of 371 questionnaires were issued, and 341 valid questionnaires were turned in. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 90%. The results of the study showed that 90% of the home-care workers were middle-aged females; 40.8% of them were educated to the senior high school level, and 34.3% of them were 45-49 years old. In terms of specific job stressors, respondents were particularly concerned about the physical strength required to perform their duties, causing harm to those in their care due to personal carelessness, and facing family members or relatives who are difficult to communicate with are the top three concerns. In terms of the positive elements of the job, happiness in life, the life which is meaningful and with a goal, the positive impacts on daily life events, and the sense of achievement that comes from a job well done are recognized as the top three positives. This study suggests that home-care coherent units should focus on the work load of the middle-age and senior home-care workers and provide regular professional training and communication skills to enhance their sense of happiness in life.
