摘要註:	為因應高齡社會之需，長輩參與社區活動將有助於活躍老化、健康老化之目標，本研究透過問卷調查法，探討國姓偏鄉地區中高齡族群社區活動的參與動機、參與程度與效益之間的相關性。本研究以南投縣國姓鄉45歲以上中高齡族群為研究對象，透過問卷調查法探討該地區中高齡族群實際參與社區活動的現況，了解該地區中高齡族群對社區活動的參與動機、參與程度與效益之間的相關性。共發出270份問卷，回收有效問卷242份，有效問卷回收率89%，再以SPSS19.0進行資料處理與分析，獲得研究結果如下：(1) 在社區活動參與動機上皆達到中高程度認同，其中以「社區認同」分最高。(2) 在社區活動參與程度上僅達中低度參與，其中「控制」為最低分。(3) 在社區活動參與效益上達到中高的程度，而「生理效益」為最高分。(4) 社區活動參與動機、參與程度與效益會因背景變項不同僅部分具顯著差異。(5) 社區活動參與動機、參與程度與效益之間皆呈現中高度相關性。本研究結果可提供政府單位及社區發展協會設計社區多元活動參考。建議政府相關單位建置活動宣傳平台並獎勵多元活動設計成效優良社區，以提高中高齡族群的參與意願、出席頻率、參與效益，提升中高齡族群的生活品質。

This study focuses on the middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old in Guoxing Township, Nantou County through the questionnaire survey method, explore the actual status of the middle-aged and elderly people in the area participating in community activities, and understand the relationship between the motivation, participation and benefits of the middle-aged and senior-age groups in the area. 270 questionnaires were delivered and 242valid questionnaires were cellected. The return rate is 89%. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 version. Results were as follow 1. Participation motivation: the middle-aged and elderly people have reached the middle-to-high level in terms of motivation to participate in community activities, and the score of "community recognition" is the highest. 2. In terms of participation: the middle-aged and elderly people mostly belong to low and moderate participation in terms of participation, and high participation is low. Among them, "control" is the lowest score. 3. In terms of participation benefits: the middle-aged and elderly people have reached a middle-to-high level of participation benefits, and "physiological benefits" is the highest score. 4. The motivation, degree of participation and benefits of community activities will vary due to different background variables.
