摘要註:	本研究目的旨在探討隔代教養的原因、祖孫關係、祖輩面臨孫輩課業與生活常規的問題。研究者以立意取樣的方式，選取一位隔代教養家庭的阿嬤作為研究參與者。本研究透過半結構式的深度訪談，來探究研究參與者照顧在國外生活因父母離婚之巨大改變後回國的孫輩。研究結果為：（1）隔代教養的原因是孫輩父母離婚。（2）祖孫互動關係因語言生活習慣不同，受訪者十分辛苦，協助孫輩適應。（3）受訪者面臨孫輩的課業無法指導，且須嚴厲管教孫輩行為。（4）受訪者的因應方式為，將孫輩送安親班，並請學校老師幫忙指導，生活常規方面則由受訪者和學校老師ㄧ起合作。研究結果發現，經過隔代教養祖輩、孫輩、學校、安親班的合作努力，不僅改善祖孫關係，孫輩也學到祖輩的母語，但對於課業學習還需要孫輩自己加強努力。最後，本研究依據研究結果針對隔代教養家庭、相關單位及後續研究者，提出一些建議。

The researcher used a qualitative method based on semi-structured in-depth interview, to explore the subject of the study, a grandmother caring for a grandchild who returned to Taiwan after his parents' divorce. The research results were as follows:（1） The reason for intergenerational parenting was that the grandson’s parents divorced.（2） The interaction between interviewee and her grandchild was conflicted due to different language and living habits.（3） The interviewee faced the difficulty in guiding her grandchild’s schoolwork and correcting behaviors.（4） The interviewee’s coping ways were sending her grandchild to the parenting class, and asking school teachers for help in schoolwork. Also, she was strictly correcting her grandchild’s behaviors coordinated with the school teachers. The conclusion of the study was found that through the cooperative efforts of parenting grandparent, grandchild, schools, and parenting classes across generations, the grand-parenting relationship was well improved, and the grandchild also learned the mother tongue of his grandparents. However, to reach the schoolwork achievements, the grandchild was asked to strengthen his own efforts.
