概要:	2021年因新冠肺炎疫情，學校實施線上教學，教學品質備受關注，本研究目的係結合科技接受模式與計畫行為理論，建立影響線上教學使用意向的研究架構，以南開科技大學碩士在職專班研究生為研究對象，運用問卷調查方法，回收91份問卷，有效樣本91份，探討影響研究生使用線上教學之意向因素。研究結果發現學生在「態度」構面平均數持正向同意，「知覺行為控制」、「主觀規範」、「使用意願」構面平均數持趨向同意。在不同受測者背景變項對線上教學使用意向在各構面的認同差異分析，顯示年齡層30歲以上，年齡層越高，各構面平均數越低，顯示出認同程度越低，40歲以下在「認知易用性」構面認同度明顯高於51歲以上，31-40歲在「態度」及「實際使用」構面認同度明顯高於51歲以上。此外，依據多元迴歸分析，結果顯示影響學生對線上教學使用意向最高者為「認知有用性」，其次為「使用意願」，顯示學生認為線上教學可以獲得的學習成效越高，參與意向就越高。在中介效果檢測，認知有用性對認知易用性與態度間的關係中具完全中介效果；態度對認知有用性與使用意願間的關係中具完全中介效果；使用意願對知覺行為控制與實際使用間的關係中具完全中介效果。建議學校能定期進行線上教學演練，先讓學生熟悉操作方式，可增加學習成效。

This study combined with Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior established a research architecture that influence online teaching intentions, and using Nan Kai University of Technology In-Service Master's Program as research objects, using the questionnaire survey methods, 91 questionnaires were recovered, and 91 valid samples were used to explore the factors affecting the intention of postgraduates to use online teaching. The results found that students were agreed in the "behavioral attitude" composition, and in "perceived behavior control", "subjective norms", "use intention" Component Average is close to agree. In the context of different testists, the use of intentions in each other's identity difference analysis, showing the age of 30 years old, the higher the age layer, the lower the average number of each part, shows that the degree of identity is reduced. Students under 40 years old are significantly higher than those of the "perceived ease of use", 31-40-year-old students in the "behavioral attitude" and "actual use" consistently above 51 years old. In addition, based on multi-regression analysis, "perceived usefulness" is the greatest impact on students' participation in online teaching, followed by "willing to use". These data show that students think that the results in the online teaching can be obtained, the higher the participation intention. In the intermediary effect, "perceived usefulness" is completely intermedial in the relationship between "preceived ease of use" and "behavior attitude"; "behavior attitude" is completely intermedial in the relationship between " perceived usefulness " and "willingness to use"; "willingness to use" is completely intermedial in the relationship between "perceived behavior control" and "actual use". It is recommended that each school can perform online teaching drills regularly, first let students become familiar with the operation, increase learning results when conducting online teaching.
