摘要註:	水是生活當中不可或缺的重要資源，臺灣並非無雨無水，水患與水荒卻頻繁發生，顯示臺灣的水資源管理與利用出現問題。臺灣於110年發生大規模缺水危機，久旱不雨，水庫乾涸，各地區進行多項限水、減壓供水、停耕、歇業等措施，影響生活長達數月。本研究目的為探討南投縣中高齡者節約用水之行為及其影響因素。以計畫行為理論為架構，知覺水價為調節變數，運用問卷調查法對南投縣45歲以上中高齡者進行研究分析，總計回收405份問卷。研究結果顯示，中高齡者對於節約用水的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、環保意識、行為意向及具體行為皆為正向肯定。在不同受試者背景變項對各構面的差異分析方面，除行為構面之外，女性在其他構面的認同度皆明顯高於男性；在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、環保意識等構面，年齡層愈低則認同程度愈高，教育程度愈高則認同度愈高。另外，以階層迴歸分析水價之調節效果，主觀規範對行為意向的影響，會因水價高低有所變化。根據多元迴歸分析結果顯示，影響中高齡者節約用水行為意向最高者為「環保意識」，顯示中高齡者節約用水的行為意向受個人環保意識影響最大，而節約用水行為意向對節約用水的行為具有顯著影響。未來氣候不斷變遷，水資源利用等相關研究須與時俱進，本研究結果能做為未來水資源管理之規劃參考。

Taiwan is not without rain and water, but floods and water shortages occur frequently, indicating that there are problems in the management and utilization of water resources in Taiwan. In 2011, a large-scale water shortage crisis occurred in Taiwan. It did not rain for a long time, and the reservoirs dried up. Various regions implemented a number of measures such as water restriction, decompression and water supply, cessation of farming, and closure of business, which affected life for several months. The purpose of this study is to investigate the water conservation behaviors and influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou County. Taking the theory of planning behavior as the framework and the perceived water price as the moderating variable, the questionnaire survey method was used to study and analyze the middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old in Nantou County. The research results show that the attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, environmental awareness, behavioral intentions and specific behaviors of middle-aged and elderly people towards water conservation are all positive. In terms of the difference analysis of different subjects' background variables on each dimension, except for the behavior dimension, the identity of women in other dimensions is significantly higher than that of men; in attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, environmental awareness The lower the age group, the higher the recognition degree, and the higher the education level, the higher the recognition degree. In addition, using hierarchical regression to analyze the adjustment effect of water prices, the influence of subjective norms on behavioral intentions will vary depending on the level of water prices. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, "environmental protection awareness" is the highest influence on the behavioral intention of water conservation among middle-aged and elderly people, indicating that the behavioral intention of water-saving in middle-aged and elderly people is most affected by personal environmental protection awareness, and the behavioral intention of water conservation has a significant effect on water conservation behavior.The climate will continue to change in the future, and the related researches on water resources utilization must keep pace with the times. The results of this research will be used as a reference for water resources management planning.
