本研究以飯店從業人員為研究對象,研究目的包括:一、分析飯店從業人員之美學勞務、工作壓力及職場幸福感之現況。二、比較不同變項之飯店從業人員在美學勞務、工作壓力及職場幸福感之差異情形。三、分析美學勞務、工作壓力及職場幸福感之相關情形。以「飯店從業人員美學勞務、工作壓力與職場幸福感之研究問卷」為研究工具,採便利取樣方式抽取樣本,以網路問卷方式,共回收337份有效問券,所得資料經描述性統計,獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關進行資料分析。研究對象以女性、26-35歲、未婚、大專教育程度、工作年資5-10年,一般員工職級、平均薪資30,001-35,000元居多數。研究結果顯示飯店從業人員美學勞務最高4.55,職場幸福感為3.91,工作壓力為2.49,表現皆良好。不同背景變項(教育程度、工作年資、職級、平均薪資)會影響美學勞務;不同背景變項(婚姻、年齡、教育程度、工作年資、職級、平均薪資)會影響工作壓力;不同背景變項(婚姻、教育程度、工作年資、職級、平均薪資)會影響職場幸福感。飯店從業人員美學勞務與工作壓力呈現顯著負相關、美學勞務與職場幸福感呈現顯著正相關、工作壓力與職場幸福感呈現顯著負相關。根據研究結果,建議持續增加員工美學勞務知識及專業,可透過專業課程培訓、反饋指導和推行知識分享文化來提升飯店服務人員的專業能力,並建議飯店針對飯店從業人員的情緒問題提供心理支持和諮詢服務,提供職業發展機會,並管理好工作負荷以確保從業人員能夠平衡工作和家庭時間,減輕角色衝突帶來的工作壓力,建立良好的溝通和反饋機制,提升飯店從業人員的職場幸福感。uThe study focuses on hotel employees and aims to: (1) analyze the current status of aesthetic labor, job pressure, and workplace happiness among hotel employees; (2) compare the differences in aesthetic labor, job pressure, and workplace happiness among hotel employees with different variables; (3) examine the correlations between aesthetic labor, job pressure, and workplace happiness. The "Research Questionnaire on Aesthetic Labor, Job pressure, and Workplace Happiness of Hotel Employees" was used as the research tool. Convenient sampling was employed, and a total of 337 valid questionnaires were collected through online surveys. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation were conducted for data analysis. The study participants were mostly female, aged 26-35, unmarried, with a college education, 5-10 years of work experience, in general employee positions, and with an average monthly income of 30,001-35,000 NTD. The results showed that hotel employees had a high level of aesthetic labor (4.55), workplace happiness (3.91), and moderate job pressure (2.49), indicating favorable performance. Different background variables (education level, work experience, job level, average monthly income) influenced aesthetic labor. Different background variables (marital status, age, education level, work experience, job level, average monthly income) influenced job pressure. Different background variables (marital status, education level, work experience, job level, average monthly income) influenced workplace happiness. There is a significant negative correlation between aesthetic labor and work stress among hotel employees, a significant positive correlation between aesthetic labor and workplace happiness, and a significant negative correlation between work stress and workplace happiness. Based on the research findings, it is recommended to continuously enhance employees' knowledge and professionalism in aesthetic labor through professional training, feedback guidance, and the promotion of knowledge-sharing culture. Hotels are advised to provide psychological support and counseling services for emotional issues among hotel employees, offer career development opportunities, manage workloads to ensure a balance between work and family time, alleviate job pressure arising from role conflicts, establish effective communication and feedback mechanisms, and enhance workplace happiness among hotel employees. |
