摘要註:	本研究主要在探討寵物飼養者依附關係、休閒效益和生活品質之現況；以及瞭解不同背景變項之寵物飼養者對依附關係、休閒效益及生活品質三方之間差異情形。本研究採用採取便利抽樣以Google線上問卷的形式發放，以有曾經或正在飼養寵物（貓、犬）有經驗的飼主為本研究之主要對象，共計回收 357 份問卷，剔除無效問卷後，有效問卷共 343 份，有效率為 96.1%，所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關檢定與多元逐步迴歸分析進行資料分析，結果如下：本研究寵物飼養者以女性居多，未婚多於已婚，年齡 51 歲以上，飼養年資 11 年以上飼主最多，飼養類型貓多於狗，平均月收入人數最多在 20001 元~40000 元之間，飼養一隻寵物的親密程度大於飼養 2-3 隻以上。寵物飼養者於個人背景變項在依附關係、生活品質有部份顯著差異；休閒效益則無顯著差異影響；依附關係、休閒效益及生活品質有顯著相關；寵物飼養者其依附關係的「情感面」因素與休閒效益的「心理效益」、「社會效益」因素；可以顯著預測寵物飼養者對生活品質之影響。根據統計研究之結果，提出建議實務之方向及未來研究建議，作為依據參考。

Additionally, it seeks to understand the variations in attachment relationships, leisure benefits, and quality of life among pet owners with different background variables.This study employed a convenience sampling method and distributed a Google online questionnaire. The primary focus of this study was on pet owners who have had experience with or are currently raising pets (cats, dogs). A total of 357 questionnaires were collected, and after removing invalid responses, 343 valid questionnaires remained, resulting in an effective response rate of 96.1%. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation tests, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows: In this study, the majority of pet owners were female. Unmarried individuals outnumbered the married ones. Participants aged 51 and above were predominant, with the longest pet ownership duration being over 11 years. Cat ownership surpassed dog ownership. The highest average monthly income range was between 20,001 to 40,000 dollars. The level of intimacy with a single pet was greater than with owning 2-3 or more pets.Pet owners exhibited significant differences in attachment relationships and quality of life based on certain personal background variables. However, leisure benefits did not show significant differences based on these variables. There was a significant correlation between attachment relationships, leisure benefits, and quality of life. Among pet owners, the "social benefits" and "emotional aspects" factors of attachment relationships were significantly related to the "psychological benefits" factor of leisure benefits. These factors could significantly predict the impact of pet owners' quality of life. Based on the results of the statistical research, the following practical directions and future research suggestions are proposed.
