摘要註:	銀髮族退休後參與志工服務之目的增加社會互動之機會，同時發揮老有所用之精神，至於參與志工服務對身心快樂之指標有無關係是值得探討。本研究目的在瞭解銀髮族參與志工服務的快樂感受，採問卷分析法，以彰化縣55歲（含）以上之志工為研究目標群體，採立意取樣方式。共計發放240份問卷，回收問卷為230份，有效問卷為229份，有效回收率95.41%。資料分析部分以SPSS for Window 12.0中文套裝軟體為主，採用描述性統計、t檢定、平均數、標準差、單因子變異分析、相關分析等方法進行統計。研究結果如下：（１）銀髮族參與志願服務的快樂感在性別方面沒有顯著差異。（２）在參與服務時數的多寡與不同的經濟狀況方面對銀髮族參與志願服務的快樂感有顯著差異。（３）不同年齡之銀髮族志工的快樂感，在社會互動的樂趣層面上有顯著的不同。（４）參與服務時數的多寡對銀髮族參與志願服務的快樂感，在整體的層面上有顯著的差異。在利己成長的喜悅層面上有顯著的不同，經事後比較「參與16小時以上」比其他參與時數的銀髮族志工的快樂感高。（５）各構面之間呈現顯著相關。本研究結果瞭解銀髮族志工的快樂感受做為未來老年人活躍老化及其相關研究之參考。

It is beneficial for them to experience the ageing process positively, since they are enjoy themselves making a lot of contributions to the society, simultaneously they are benefited from the atmosphere of happiness. After all, they are not what generally thought as vulnerable and fragile. Ultimately, with positive participation in social activities, the seniors are more likely to achieve successful ageing. Therefore, whether the seniors are much happier becoming volunteers is worthy of our research. The analysis of this research is to focus on the senior volunteers' happy feelings, in terms of four correlated factors of happiness coming either from beneficial to one’s personal growth, altruistic contribution to the society, the harmony of the family relationship, and social interaction. The approach of questionnaire analysis is taken to apply purposive sampling in this research. There were 240 questionnaires to be issued, and 230 questionnaires were collected, including 229 valid samples. The object senior volunteers are those over 55 years of age, living in Changhwa county. The effective response rate was 95.41%. The Chinese version of SPSS package software for Window 12.0 was applied for the data statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, mean, standard deviation, single-factor analysis of variance, and correlation analysis methods were applied to process the statistic result. The research result showed that there were implicit significant differences of the happy feelings being as senior volunteers, in terms of genders. However, there were significant differences in terms of their economic status and their volunteering hours. In conclusion, the research factors are closely correlated, contributing to their volunteering happy feelings. Hopefully, the result of this research can also contribute to the very researches on the seniors of their active ageing and other relevant researches. $z eng
