摘要註:	本文是針對長方體墊塊設計製作一台自動進料倒角機，利用機械的方式來進行墊塊的倒角過程，以取代人力所執行的工作，避免人員在作業的過程中有安全上的顧慮，並提升作業的速度與可靠性。本研究是以低成本自動化之觀念，整合機械設計與機電控制技術，開發出一台自動進料倒角機。此倒角機主要構件包含倒角機本體與氣壓自動進料倒角裝置，並以可程式邏輯控制器PLC作為系統控制器。開發出之倒角機，可於3秒鐘內完成1個墊塊4面之倒角作業，成品良率達99%以上。且由原本一人操作一台機器，提升為一人可同時操作五台，大幅度節省人力資源。此自動進料倒角機可推廣應用於不同尺寸之長方體墊塊倒角加工。

We can use it to substitute the human operators to transit goods in an efficient way, which not only prevents employees from getting injuries during work but improve loading speed and reliability. Based on the concept of low-cost automation, the study is to develop an automatic feeding system integrated mechanical design and mechatronics technology. The system is controlled by a PLC controller. Finally, a prototype is built to verify the design idea. It can complete an appointed chamfering process within 3 seconds with more than 99% of process yield. Originally, one could only operate one machine; however, with the new design, one person can manipulate five simultaneously, which saves considerable costs in human resources. It is also found that the auto-loading system can be developed to a feasible solution for a chamfering machine for feeding blocks with different sizes and shapes.
