摘要註:	本研究主要是在探討南彰化不同背景中高齡者休閒偏好與休閒阻礙因素為主，以現有相關實證研究之發現，深入探討與分析，並針對中高齡者之休閒需求，提高其休閒參與，降低阻礙因素。本研究採問卷調查法，以南彰化六鄉鎮之中高齡族群為研究調查之母群體，以立意取樣進行問卷調查，共回收300份有效問卷，採用SPSS 12.0 Windows版做為資料分析工具，資料分析方式為描述性統計。研究結果顯示：（1）南彰化中高齡者的休閒偏好是靜態性的休閒活動；（2）南彰化中高齡者的休閒阻礙主要是肇因於個人內在阻礙；（3）南彰化中高齡者的休閒偏好中的「運動健身型」與休閒阻礙中的「個人內在阻礙」最為顯著相關；（4）南彰化中高齡者的基本資料中之年齡、性別、教育程度、經濟狀況、職業、婚姻狀況、宗教信仰、居住狀態、經濟來源、每月自主金額、每週從事休閒活動次數與時間等對休閒偏好、休閒阻礙呈現顯著差異。因此，建議提供多元休閒型態活動，提升中高齡者休閒參與頻率，教導休閒認知與如何從事合適的休閒活動，以落實終身學習，改善公共休閒設施與環境品質，設計適合中高齡者之使用之需。增加社會福利與津貼，使中高齡族群能做更好的規劃，使其在不同的老化階段，享有安全、健康、舒適、便利的生活及最大的福祉。

This study adopted questionnaires, South of Changhua County townships of six elderly ethnic group is the mother of study groups, to State sample surveys, total recovery of 300 valid questionnaires, using SPSS 12.0 Windows Tools for data analysis, data analysis, descriptive statistics. Results showed that: (1) NaNChang Seniorcitizens leisure activities leisure preferences are static in nature, (2) South of Changhua senior casual obstacles mainly result from individual inner way; (3) in the southern Changhua senior citizens leisure preferences in the " fitness " and the casual obstacles " Inner block "most significantly related, and(4) in the southern Changhua elderly Chinese age, sex, education, economic situation, career, marriage and usage conditions , Religion, residence, monthly usage pattern, economic future source independent amount, frequency and time engaged in leisure activities per week appetite for leisure and entertainment, such as hindering significantly worse. Therefore, we recommend providing a variety of types of leisure activities, elderly leisure participation frequency in Ascension, casual cognition and are taught how to engage in leisure activities for the implementation of lifelong learning, improving public recreation and environmental quality, design for the elderly Need to use. Increased social benefits and allowances, old age groups could do better planning to make it at different stages of aging, life of safety, health, comfort, convenience and maximum well-being.
