摘要註:	本研究係以參與旅遊學習活動的高齡者為研究對象，進行高齡者旅遊學習動機、學習成效與學習滿意度之研究，以供有關單位辦理或推動高齡者旅遊學習活動之參考。為達此一研究目的，本研究採問卷調查法，以高齡者參與旅遊學習活動之「參與動機、學習成效與滿意度」等問卷調查表，進行資料蒐集。本研究之樣本共計260位。經統計分析獲致六項結論：（1）高齡者每年參與旅遊學習的次數以兩次者最多；每次參與旅遊學習的天數以兩天者最多；在參與動機部分，以適時放鬆與休息是多數高齡者所認同之動機。（2）高齡者在參與旅遊學習後，以紓解壓力為主要學習成效，但是旅遊學習滿意度僅算是一般。（3）在社會人口變項內，除性別外，年齡、教育程度、職業、經濟狀況皆會影響高齡者參與旅遊學習的頻率與天數。（4）在社會人口變項內，除性別與職業外，年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況皆會影響高齡者參與旅遊學習的結果。（5）高齡者參與旅遊學習活動與旅遊學習結果有正相關。（6）參與旅遊學習活動之動機對高齡者的旅遊學習結果具有預測力。根據上述研究結論，本研究分別就政府機關、高齡者教育機構及高齡學習者本身等方面提供建議。

To explore the result, 260 older adults were investigated through questionnaires. The statistics results were shown as the following:（1）The days and the frequency of participating in the travel learning activities for seniors were two days one tour and two times a year at most. The degree of their participation motivation was strongly intense, especial in the relaxing and resting motivation.（2）The learning effect was extremely strong, especial for the factor of relaxing; however, the satisfaction investigation was so so.（3）Among the socio-demographic variables, the age, education levels, occupations, and economic conditions will influence the frequency and the days of elderly travel learning activities, except for the gender.（4）Among the socio-demographic variables, the age, education levels, and economic conditions will affect the result of elderly travel learning, except for the gender and occupations.（6）The positive correction existed between elderly participation motivation and their learning effect.It showed the predictive validity between elderly participation motivation and their leaning result.According to the results, the researcher provided some suggestions for the authorities, elderly education organizations, and the seniors.
