摘要註:	高齡化與少子化是全球的兩大趨勢，西元2017年台灣65歲以上人口比例將達14%邁入高齡社會，並預測於2025年老年人口比例到達20.2％，正快速的朝向超高齡社會邁進，在科技快速發展的今日，結合資通科技與健康資訊管理平台的技術正迅速發展，銀髮族「遠距健康照護」產業也將成為老人服務業發展的重要主流之一，如何開發出符合銀髮族使用需求並且用的貼心、順心的服務流程相對重要，遠距健康照護系統之服務流程設計在照護服務系統中影響使用者使用意願，本研究採用資策會創新應用服務研究所於2008年研發之「服務體驗工程方法，SEE方法」的理論架構，針對遠距健康照護系統提出服務流程之服務藍圖、服務失效模式分析及服務資源展開，找出潛在服務失效點，藉由服務藍圖法透過服務失效模式分析強化服務流程，以服務資源展開矩陣進行團隊腦力激盪，獲得銀髮族遠距健康照護系統之服務資源模型。本研究以服務體驗工程分析遠距健康照護服務流程之設計，一方面可更深入探討使用者對服務流程之感受；另一方面以此檢視目前提供之服務與功能，找出銀髮族遠距健康照護系統之服務流程模型，供服務發展團隊作為後續的服務設計參考。

Nowadays, technology developed rapidly. The technology of combining information and communication technology and health information management platform is developing booming, Senior Tele-health Care industry will also become an important service industry mainstream. The design of Tele-health Care for the elderly affects the user wishes to use the service in the care system, this study applied innovative applications for Information Industry Institute, service designs of the Service Experience Engineering （SEE） approach, R & D in 2008. In accordance with Tele-health system proposed service blueprint service processes, services, failure mode analysis, the results SEE through literature, to identify potential service failure points, use service blueprint to law through failure mode analysis services enhanced service processes.Use Service resources to expand the matrix team brainstorming, access to services resource model Seniors Tele-health systems.In this study, the service experience of engineering analysis Tele-health service process design. On one hand, we can more deeply into the user's perception of service processes; on the other hand, in order to view the services and functions currently available to find Seniors Tele-health service process model of care systems for service development team as a follow-service design.
