摘要註:	隨著時代演進，少子化和高齡化帶來家庭結構的變化，使得兩代之間、多代之間的相處，產生了異於傳統社會的改變。中高齡者的代間關係越良好，其感受的生活滿意度越高，當中高齡者具備良好的代間關係，能獲得受尊重與滿足的感受。為使中高齡者能夠邁向成功老化，中高齡者對代間關係的重視度與滿意度是值得探究之議題。本研究為了解中高齡者對代間關係之重視度與滿意度，採取代間關係理論和重要－表現程度分析法（IPA）作為基礎，建立中高齡者對代間關係之重視度與滿意度的研究架構，探討代間關係各構面在IPA的落點象限。本研究採問卷調查法，以中投區中高齡者為研究對象，回收有效問卷385份，以SPSS 18.0進行統計分析，並以IPA平面座標圖探討代間關係構面題項之分布。研究結果顯示「互動行為」、「工具性支持」、「情感性支持」三構面落在第四象限區共有7題，顯示中高齡者對題項知覺為高重視度、低滿意度，教育人員與社會福利單位可依此作為加強改善代間關係與擬定對策之參考。

The middle-aged and older people who maintain better intergenerational relationship perceive higher life satisfaction. Furthermore, the middle-aged and older people with good intergenerational relationship can obtain respect and content. Therefore, to make the middle-aged and older people achieve successful aging, to what extent the middle-aged and older people value the intergenerational relationship and their satisfaction of intergenerational relationship are worth investigating. In this study, the theory of intergenerational relationship, Importance Performance Analysis, is utilized as the framework to explore the middle-aged and older people’s importance and satisfaction of intergenerational relationship and investigate the quadrant placement of all the dimensions of intergenerational relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted among participants in Nantou County, and 385 valid questionnaires were obtained. The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 18.0, and the Cartesian coordinate map of IPA was applied to probe into the distribution of the items used to explore intergenerational relationship. The results show that among three dimensions (Interaction, Instrumental Support, and Emotional Support), seven items were categorized in the fourth quadrant. This indicates that the middle-aged and older people perceive high importance and low satisfaction of intergenerational relationship. Educators and Professionals of Ministry of Health and Welfare can use the result to plan future policy of strengthening and improving intergenerational relationship.
