摘要註:	高齡化時代來臨，未來在本國照顧服務人力需求缺口極大，需要年輕族群的投入。目前高中職生對在學期間亦有社會關懷的服務尤其是去老人照護機構關懷服務。事實上，高中職生參與之方式多為團體性與被動式活動，常會覺得枯燥，久而失去興趣不想參加。因此，本研究旨在找出高中職生對老人照護機構服務之參與動機與阻礙因素，進而提升目前高中職生對老人照護機構參與服務志工之意願，讓高中職生更能了解銀髮族的需求。本研究採用問卷調查法，分析高中職生對老人照護機構服務之參與動機與阻礙因素，對象是南投縣市地區高中職生，共發放600份問卷，有效問卷432份，分析不同背景變項性別、年齡、就讀年級、居住狀況、工作經驗、父母親職業、父母親健康狀況之高中職生對老人照護機構服務之參與動機與阻礙因素相關性。問卷回收後以SPSS 12.0進行資料的統計及分析處理。研究結果發現，不同背景變項除居住狀況在參與動機上並無顯著差異與就讀年級變項在阻礙因素上並無顯著差異，其它皆有顯著差異存在。根據上述之結果加以分析探討並提出建議，作為日後參與意願、輔導以及未來實施擴充服務志工來源之規劃設計參考，讓高中職生持續參與對老人照護機構關懷服務。

After the collected questionnaires were statistically analyzed by the processing of information with SPSS 12.0 ,the results found that different background variables in addition to living conditions there have no obvious difference between grade variables; but on the contrary, the other differences exist. Planning and design of reference offer vocational students to continue participating in serving the activities for the elder and positively enrolled in the elderly care facilities.
