摘要註:	由於國人平均壽命延長，高齡者在退休後更有充足的時間安排休閒活動，高齡者期待身心健康、成功老化的生活，無障礙安全的公共空間是必要條件。本研究目的在於瞭解高齡者對於南投縣無障礙安全的公共空間之重視程度與滿意程度，並利用重要與表現程度（IPA）分析法（Importance and Performance Analysis）分析未來所需要強化的項目。本研究以問卷調查南投縣65歲以上高齡者，共發放420份問卷，回收率93%。研究結果發現，高齡者對於無障礙安全的公共空間整體的重視度大於滿意度，顯示南投縣高齡者所重視的程度與實際認知的滿意程度之間，有顯著差異。高齡者對於「人行道寬幅足夠，地面上無突出之障礙物」與「戶外步道鋪面平整，與銜接路面沒有高低落差」兩者重視度最高；高齡者最不滿意的項目依序為「公共場所人行道裝設防滑設計」及「公共場所坡道裝設防滑設計」。重視度會因為高齡者的「教育程度」與「健康狀況」不同而有顯著差異。滿意度會因為高齡者的「婚姻」、「教育程度」與「健康狀況」不同而有顯著差異。經IPA分析，共計有7項目位於第四象限，即相關單位應將此列為改善加強的重點項目。本研究結果，可提供相關單位參考，冀望對於訂定有關無障礙安全設施策略有所裨益。

The purpose of the study is to investigate the consideration and satisfaction of the elderly regarding a barrier-free public environment, the theory of IPA （Importance and Performance Analysis） was used to indicate the current state, which is applied to explore the items to be improved. In this study, a questionnaire survey was used and the research subjects were the people aged 65 and over living in Nantou County, with 93% valid questionnaires being collected. The results indicate that, on the whole, the elderly have higher expectations while they have lower degrees of satisfaction with the safe, barrier-free public space in Nantou County. As for the concept of consideration, the two factors「the sidewalks are wide enough, with no bumps or obstacles」、「the outdoor pavement is smoothly connected with nearby roads」 scored the highest. In addition, among the factors that the elderly are not satisfied, the two,「The public pavement is equipped with slide-proof design」、「The public slopes are equipped with slide-proof design」, scored the highest. The general consideration of the elderly regarding a safe, barrier-free public space was positively correlated with educational level and health condition. The general satisfaction of the elderly regarding a safe, barrier-free public space was positively correlated with marital state, educational level, and health condition. There was a positive correlation between the general consideration and the satisfaction of the elderly. Through IPA analysis, the results reveal that there are 7 items needed to be improved without delay. Based on the results of the study, suggestions regarding a safe, barrier-free public space are proposed to related associations and administration of government authority.
