概要:	人口高齡化的現象會衍生出許多社會問題，這是世界各國不得不面對的重大議題。如何使65歲以上的高齡者能夠擁有健康的身體，以及愉快的心理狀態，使老人們能夠達到健康促進的目標，快樂的度過晚年的生活，這是大家共同努力的目標。團康活動在台灣行之有年，在學生團體以及社會青年的族群中皆能有效達到活動身體的目的以及創造心靈的滿足感，本研究採用資策會創新應用服務研究所於2008年研發之「服務體驗工程方法，SEE」的理論架構，從使用者觀點以體驗觀察及訪談的方式實施服務體驗脈絡洞察，再以五大彙整模型：互動模型、序列模型、工具器物模型、文化模型、實體模型，針對老人團康活動的潛在需求進行分析。本研究結果如下：（l）整體而言，參與團康活動對老人團體而言是有趣且愉快的活動，可以多加推廣。（2）每位老人的個性以及老化程度不同，導致團康活動無法進行，可以透過鼓勵、互助、調整活動內容的方式來因應。（3）活動場地須注意通風及飲水的提供，不宜在太擁擠的場地進行團康活動。（4）「團體遊戲」及「律動」的接受度較高，建議設計團康活動實施方案時可以增加這兩類活動的比例，減少「唱和跳」的比例。本研究之研究成果提供相關單位思考，未來則希望能進一步探討團康活動對其他老人團體之成效，以及其他團康活動對老人之成效。

How to make the old people who over 65 years are able to have a healthy body and a happy state of mind, so that older people can achieve the goal of health promotion, happy to spend their twilight years of life, which is our common goal.Group recreation activities are developed for a long time in Taiwan, it can activate bodily functionsin and create satisfaction of the mind in the group of students and community.This study introduces Service Experience Engineering （SEE）, developed by the Innovative DigiTech-Enabled Applications & Services Institute （IDEAS） in 2008, as the framework, penetrating into the service experience context from the user's point of view with the methods of experience observation and interviews, and analyzing the potential demands of the group recreation activities for the elderly in accordance with the Five consolidated models: Consolidated Flow Model, Consolidated Sequence Model, Consolidated Artifact Model, Consolidated Cultural Model, and Consolidated Physical Model.The results of this study are as follows:（1）overall,joining the group recreation activities is funny and happyfor the elderly.（2）The personality and the degree of aging for every old people is different, if the group recreation activities can’t get on, we can encourage them or change the avtivities.（3）The place must be a well ventilated one, and have adequate drinking water.（4）Units games and dancing is much better than singing with dance, we can increase the proportion of them when we design the group recreation activities.The results of this study are provided for your reference, in the future, we hope to further explore the effects of group recreation activities for other groups of elder,and the effects of other group recreation activities for the elder.
