摘要註:	隨著台灣步入高齡化社會，高齡人口相關議題已成為許多研究者關注的焦點，包括高齡人口休閒、學習、居住等議題，引發廣泛的討論。中高齡者的心理層面，更值得我們去關注。人本心理學者馬斯洛曾以需求層次論，來論述人類內在心理所欲達成之目標，不同層次需求的滿足，代表人類身心靈豐盛的程度。本研究為了解中高齡者在需求層次之重視度及滿意度，以彰化縣45歲以上中高齡者為研究對象，回收有效問卷400份，並利用重要與表現程度分析法（IPA）探討馬斯洛五大需求構面項目之分布。研究結果顯示受訪者在「生理之需求」、「安全之需求」、「愛與隸屬之需求」、「尊重之需求」、「自我實現之需求」五大構面26題項中，以「每天能睡得好」、「我希望擁有足夠的積蓄，保障自身的安全」、「我可以獲得大家的認同，彼此互動融洽」落在第四象限區共有3題，顯示中高齡者在睡眠品質、經濟狀況以及尊重需求上為高重視度、低滿意度，此調查結果，可提供中高齡者未來面對老年時，能預先準備，期能成功健康活躍老化。

As a psychologist, Maslow employed hierarchy of needs to describe the achieved goal of human beings in terms of internal motivation. Various hierarchy of psychological needs demonstrated degrees of human psychological expectations. In this study, residents aged over 45 years old were invited to be participants to understand the needs of elderly people in terms of their satisfaction and value. 400 questionnaires were collected, and important performance-degree analysis （IPA） was employed to explore participants’ demand distribution of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The results showed that significant difference were found in questions like "I slept well every day"," I want to have enough savings to ensure my safety", " I have recognition from all, and I have good interaction with others”. These three questions, located in the fourth quadrant area, showed quality of sleeping, economic status and high expectation of respects were of high value but low satisfaction. It is hoped that results may provide some merits to the elderly to prepare for the upcoming years as well as to activate the aging to enjoy a healthy life.
