摘要註:	隨著老年人口數快速增長，根據內政部統計處資料顯示，截至2014年11月底，老年人口數已達到2,798,680人，占總人口比率達11.94％，台灣預計將在2017年老年人口比率將超過14％，成為高齡社會（Aged Society）。面臨即將到來的高齡社會，全面推動友善環境營造已是政府相關單位當務之急的工作，最理想且最人性化的居住方式，便是在自己的家庭社區環境中過著熟悉自在的生活，不會因為老化的到來，影響日常生活的作息活動，為滿足這些特點所營造出的生活空間，即可稱為高齡友善環境。本研究藉由探討與高齡者相關之文獻，從「新故鄉社區總體營造」為理念出發，規劃打造一個無障礙環境的福祉友善社區，包括名間鄉大庄村大賢宮環境規劃和大庄村大賢宮至土地公廟溝渠兩側景觀設計與規劃，將植栽計劃、無障礙活動空間、行人步道和腳踏車道、渠道的分區利用等納入，並連結名間鄉周遭著名的旅遊景點，規劃銀髮族觀光休閒旅遊一日遊/二日遊行程，達到休閒觀光的結合，帶動以銀髮族為主的鄉村新風貌，讓高齡者走出家門進入社區，達到多多運動、充分展現社交熱情的目的，讓高齡者有更好的健康體魄和生活品質，並可供地方政府推動相關福祉友善社區之參考依據。

According to the statistics from the Ministry of the Interior, the number of elderly people reached 2,798,680 at the end of November 2014, representing 11.94% of the total population. It is estimated that the proportion of the older population in Taiwan will be over 14% in 2017, making Taiwan an“aged society”. With the coming of an aged society, it is urgent to create age-friendly environments. The most ideal living style for the elderly is to lead a regular life in their own communities. The living spaces built to meet the requirements for this kind of living style are called age-friendly environment.Originating from the ideal of "New Hometown Community Building Project", the current study investigated documentary research related to features of elderly people. The purpose of the study is to plan a barrier free environment for an age-friendly community. This study contains the environment planning of Da-Xian Temple in Da- Zhuang Village and the landscape architecture from Da-Xian Temple to the ditches beside Tudi Gong Temple. Pant-breeding plans, barrier free public spaces, sidewalks, bicycle routes and the utilization of ditches are included. Furthermore, it is hoped that a new version/feature of leisure sightseeing for the elderly will be created with the scenic spots in Mingjian Township designed as one-day or two-day trips, making the elderly walk out of their houses, join the community, exercise more, display their social passion and live more healthily with higher living quality. Last, the study is hoped to be used as a reference for the local government on the promotion of age-friendly communities.
