摘要註:	本研究旨在探討中高齡志工參與社區照顧之動機與學習需求，為獲致研究目的，本研究從南投縣長期投入社區照顧的中高齡志工中，依質性研究之立意取樣原則，選取6位資深志工作為訪談對象，並運用焦點團體法，進行相關資料蒐集與分析，獲致研究結果如下：（1）受訪者參與社區照顧服務動機以受社區領袖邀請而被動參加為主，其次是因退休閒暇時間多而參與。（2）受訪者參與社區照顧之工作項目以健康促進及文康休閒服務為主，其次依序為提供餐飲、電話問安及轉介等服務。（3）受訪者參與社區照顧所獲成就感來源，主要來自案主肯定，其次依序為自覺能回饋社會，少數則為追求個人內在成長。（4）受訪者自評參與社區照顧面臨的問題困境，依序為地方派系杯葛、社區週轉資金缺乏與人際關係衝突等。（5）受訪者自評有助提升持續參與社區照顧之期待，依序為加強人際溝通技巧、增強對社會問題趨勢瞭解。（6）受訪者對相關單位的期待與建議，依序為強化政府各部門間橫向整合，進行系統性課程規劃與活化課程內涵及其教學講授方式。本研究根據研究結論，針對與社區發展相關政府部門、社區組織及承辦關懷據點機構、社區人才培訓教學者、未來相關研究等，分別提出各項研究建議。
