摘要註:	本研究旨在探討政府部門舉辦村裡鄰長文康活動之休閒效益、人際關係與服務績效之現況，分析村裡鄰長之個人背景變項在休閒效益、人際關係與服務績效之差異性，並探討休閒效益、人際關係與服務績效之關係及預測情形。本研究採用問卷調查法共計發放500份問卷，獲得有效問卷480份，其研究結果如下：一、村裡鄰長參與文康活動之休閒效益及人際關係平均得分高，分別為「休閒效益」為4.15分、「人際關係」為4.15分、「服務績效」4.3分。二、村裡鄰長背景變項中「性別」、「年齡」、「學歷」、「服務年資」及「職位」等均對休閒效益、人際關係及服務績效達顯著之差異，而「婚姻狀況」及「居住地」在三者間均未達顯著差異。三、村裡鄰長參與文康活動之休閒效益各構面與人際關係各構面均達顯著相關，人際關係各構面與服務績效各構面均達顯著相關。四、休閒效益與人際關係各構面對服務績效有顯著的預測力，且各構面並均達顯著之水準。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議，作為政府部門舉辦文康活動之參考依據。

This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 500 questionnaires with 480 valid ones collected. The study results are listed below: 1.The average score of the leisure benefit and interpersonal relationship of the elderly participation in the village is high. Leisure benefit is 4.15, interpersonal relationship is 4.15 and service performance is 4.3. 2.In the variables of the elderly backgrounds in the villages, gender, age, education background, length of service and occupation have obvious difference with leisure benefit, interpersonal relationship and service performance while marriage situation and place of residence have no obvious difference.3.The leisure benefit, interpersonal relationship and interpersonal relationship, service performance of the elderly participation in cultural and health activities in the village are all obviously correlated. 4.Leisure benefit and interpersonal relationship has obvious predictive capability to service performance. The study also provides related suggestions based on the study results for the government sectors for basis to cultural and health activities.
