摘要註:	本研究旨在探討中高齡者對晚年重要事務之認知與安排意向，為達研究目的，採質性深度訪談法。研究對象採立意選取6位作為訪談對象進行研究資料之蒐集與分析，探討其對晚年重要事務的認知與安排意向之共通性或獨特性。研究結果發現：（1）多數受訪者對晚年重要事務的認知均停留在略有概念但含糊不清狀況下。（2）受訪者所認知的晚年重要事務內涵以經濟無虞、健康良好以及交待身後事務為最重要，其次是簽署生預囑，再次為合宜住宅、晚年照護以及休閒娛樂。（3）受訪者對晚年重要事務的態度大都傾向有意願安排，只有少數隨順變遷無安排意願。（4）受訪者對晚年重要事務安排的具體行為：A.經濟上：他們的經濟來源以退休金為主，佐以守成、節約方式進行。B.對於未來失去生活自理能力時經濟安排方式：半數認同安養信託，其餘委由家人處理或順應自然。C.健康維護的具體作法包括：清淡飲食、運動健身、休閒活動及社會參與。D.受訪者簽署生預囑的具體行為：大多數均是有計畫未行動，少數不清楚內容。E.交待身後事務的具體作為：交待不動產、動產先留做養老金，有剩餘再留給子女；交待後事以隨順子女處理或交待簡單處理。（5）受訪者自評安排晚年重要事務的可能困難及解決方式：A.擔憂財產分配不公平，其解決方式：請教相關專家或視情況適度調整。B.擔憂無法掌握健康狀況；其解決方式：只能消極轉念面對。C.感慨所在地社區無關懷據點及安養照護機構；其解決方式：只能不知所措。D.擔憂晚年經濟匱乏，其解決方式：保握當下撙節開銷並理財。本研究依研究分析與討論提出相關建議：（1）對政府相關部門建議：對響應老人獨立自主之教育部及關係老人經濟、健康福利之衛福部提出建議。（2）對樂齡機構建議。（3）對樂齡教學者建議。（4）對中高齡者建議。

To achieve the purpose, this study is proceeded by the way of “Collecting Qualitative Depth Interviews”. Collecting and analysis the data from 6 selected different gender and socio-economic background middle-age of Zhushan township, the commonality and uniqueness of the inclinations in cognition and arrangement is derived. The results of the analyzing and discussing are as follow:（1）Most respondents’ cognition of the important matters in their later years remain in slight concept and ambiguous situations.（2）What the most important matters of the cognition of the respondents are “no fear of economy，good health and explain the most important things after death.” Living wills is the second, and the third, appropriate dwelling，the forth, the care of old age, leisure, and entertainment. I himself.（3）Most respondents’ attitudes toward the important matters of old age are positive attitude of willing to arrange them.（4）Respondents’ specific acts for the arrangement of important matters of old age are：A. Their main sources of inomes are pensions and deal with conservative or saved ways.B. The ways for arrangements of economy when they loose the living skills in the future：Half agree with living trust, the rest appointed by the family or with the natural process.C. Specific practices of health maintenance：Light diet, exercise and fitness, leisure activities and social participation.D. Most of them have plans but have not actions of signing living wills. A small number of people do not know it’s content.E. The specific transaction of explaining the affairs after death：Most of them are willing to pass on their immovable properties and the rest movable properties to the next generations. The explaining of transaction for the affairs after death are following their children’s treatments but no special arrangements.（5）The respondents’ self-estimate of the difficulties and possible solutions for the arrangement of their later lives：A. They worry about the unfair distributions of properties. The solution are consulting the experts or making the proper adjustment in accordance with the real conditions.B. They worry about that they can not hold their health, and the solution is changing their minds in negative.C. They distress about that their dwellings are without community nursing but they do not know how to solve it.D. They anxious about economic worries and their solution is retrenching the spending and financial management.The study presented the following relevant recommendations in accordance with the analyzing and discussing.Recommendations to relevant government departments：（1）To the Ministry of Education which responds to elf-determination of the old and the Ministry of Health and Welfare which related to the economy and welfare of health of the old people.（2）To the department of senior citizen service management.（3）To the scholars of senior citizen service management.（4）To the middle-age.
