摘要註:	本研究旨在瞭解佛教團體高齡志工的老化態度與幸福感之現況，老化態度是指面對老化過程中高齡志工對其生理、心理的改變及社會地位轉變上的認知、接受程度及適應情況；幸福感是指高齡志工對整體生活的滿意度及其主觀的情緒感受。研究工具為研究者自編「高齡志工之老化態度與幸福感問卷」，針對台中市佛教團體高齡志工以立意取樣進行調查，共發放350份問卷，有效問卷314份。回收資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關進行資料分析，研究結果為：一、佛教團體高齡志工的老化態度與幸福感趨於正向。二、不同背景變項佛教團體高齡志工之老化態度在年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況、婚姻狀況、健康狀況及居住方式達顯著差異，而在性別變項未達顯著差異。三、不同背景變項佛教團體高齡志工之幸福感在性別、年齡、教育程度、經濟狀況、婚姻狀況及健康狀況達顯著差異，而在居住方式變項未達顯著差異。四、佛教團體高齡志工老化態度與幸福感呈現正相關。

Their well-being referred to the overall life satisfaction and subjective emotional experience of the elderly volunteers.This research adopted the investigation method of the questionnaire on attitudes toward aging and well-being. The questionnaire was aimed to the elderly volunteers in Buddhist groups in Taichung.350 elderly volunteers carried on the investigation, and retrieved 314 effective questionnaires altogether. The collected data were examined with independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. According to the result of analysis, the findings were summarized as follows: Firstly, the attitude toward aging and well-being of the elder volunteers in Buddhist groups present the progressive orientation.Secondly, under the different backgrounds, the attitudes towards aging among age, education level, economic status, marital status, health and way of living were obviously different, while gender was not obviously different. Thirdly, under the different backgrounds, the well-being among gender, education level, economic status, marital status and health were obviously different, while the way of living was not obviously different. Finally, there was apparently positive correlation between the elderly volunteer’s attitude toward aging and their well-being in Buddhist groups.
