摘要註:	不織布是紡織工業中一個新興領域，具有相當的發展前途，自1942年美國的不織布開始產業化以來，因為具有製程短、產量高、成本低、產品變化快、原料來源廣等特點，同時兼具有許多功能上的優異性能，使得不織布在過去半世紀的時間內，已經獲得了產業用紡織品的重視和消費者的青睞。SJ公司是一家跨國性經營的針刺不織布工廠，它是亞洲唯一通過NIKE及ADIDAS等眾多品牌認證的不織布廠；同時公司也獲得ISO9001、ISO14001和OHSAS18001以及碳足跡和TTQS認證，但是隨著外在環境的改變以及市場不斷的變化，如何規劃有效的策略來永續經營是公司一項重要的課題。以往的研究多以單向工具，如策略矩陣、策略地圖來探討公司營運策略，且缺乏行動策略展開。本研究係利用SWOT與波特五力策略分析的手法結合策略矩陣的應用，從生產、銷售、人力資源、研發、財務五大方面來了解公司在未來因應市場變化的情況下，如何發展策略管理才能真正有利於公司永續經營。

SJ Industrial Co., Ltd. is a multinational business needle-punched non-woven factory. It is the only Asia non-woven factory certified by NIKE and ADIDAS and many other brands. Meanwhile, the company also received ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001 certification and carbon footprint and TTQS. But with the external environment and the market is constantly changing, how to plan an effective strategy to become a sustainable company is an important issue. This study takes advantage of the strategy analysis including SWOT and porter’s five force model manipulation combined with strategy matrix, from five aspects of production, marketing, human resources, research and development, finance, etc. to understand the need of next generation in response to the market situation in the future and simultaneously to develop truly beneficial and sustainable to the company.
