摘要註:	南投地區紅茶產業近年來蓬勃發展，而魚池鄉紅茶已經成為重要的地方產業，本研究擬針對南投紅茶產業發展情況進行分析，瞭解南投魚池紅茶產業現有商業模式、電子商務模式及遊客滿意度。本研究以從事紅茶生產銷售的四家業者進行非結構式訪談，並以一家紅茶故事館的遊客，採取立意抽樣方式進行遊客滿意度預試問卷與正式問卷調查，確認問卷信度，經項目分析及因素分析定義出子構面後，以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析探討遊客滿意度。研究結果得知，紅茶產業現況以發展自家產製風格並提倡有機自然農法口號；在商業模式方面，除了原來的紅茶產品且未來目標市場以朝向國外品牌發展；在電子商務模式方面，目前銷售以自產自銷為主，而銷售地也受限於臺灣，業者應善加利用網站或故事行銷、行動APP，增加遊客購買意願。而在遊客滿意度方面，受試者年齡以31~40歲且居住地於北部地區為主，主要喜好紅玉紅茶且大多透過網路搜詢紅茶故事館，整體遊客滿意度高達88.1%。

Results of this study shows that black tea industry to develop their own style production system and to promote organic natural farming slogan, in the business models, addition to original black tea product and target market toward future development of foreign brands; in the e-commerce models,at present main sales homegrown, and also limited to sales to Taiwan, the industry should take advantage of the website, story marketing ,mobile APP, to purchase intent services to increased visitors, which visitors will increasing purchase willing in a short time. In the visitor satisfaction, the subjects were main aged 31 to 40 years old and living in northern, the main preferences ruby black tea and a most search black tea factory tour through website, the subjects for satisfaction as high as 88.1%.
