摘要註:	本研究旨在探討文康活動對於村里長文康活動之休閒效益、工作壓力與身心健康之現況與關係。以彰化縣參與文康活動的村里長為對象；以自編「休閒效益量表、工作壓力量表與身心健康量表」為工具；採用問卷調查法及便利抽樣方式蒐集資料，共計發放400份問卷，獲得有效問卷388份。使用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸等統計方式進行資料處理。獲得結論如下：一、文康活動對於村里長之休閒效益平均得分高，工作壓力與身心健康平均得分低，分別為「休閒效益」為4.18分、「工作壓力」為2.80分、「身心健康」2.06分。二、村里長背景變項中「性別」、「年齡」、「學歷」及「服務年資」等均在休閒效益及工作壓力達顯著差異，而「年齡」及「服務年資」在身心健康上達顯著差異。三、休閒效益、工作壓力與身心健康各構面皆達顯著相關。四、休閒效益與工作壓力對身心健康具有顯著的預測力，其預測力為52.3％。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議，作為政府部門舉辦文康活動之參考依據。

Changhua County to participate in cultural and recreational activities in the village long as the object .Take “casual-effective scale, work stress scale and health scale "as a tool by self. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 400 questionnaires with 388 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. The average score of the leisure benefit is height, working pressure, Physical and mental health is low. Leisure benefit is 4.18, working pressure is 2.80 and Physical and mental health is 2.06. 2. In the variables of the elderly backgrounds in the villages, gender, age, education background and length of service have obvious difference with leisure benefit and working pressure. The age and length of service have obvious difference with physical and mental health. 3. The leisure benefit, working pressure, physical and mental health are all obviously correlated. 4. Leisure benefit and working pressure has obvious predictive capability to physical and mental health. The study also provides related suggestions based on the study results for the government sectors for basis to cultural and health activities.
