摘要註:	本研究透過實地了解A公司的供應鏈內部流程現況，提出公司生產流程之相關問題，做為公司現況問題改善或日後擴廠改建參考，提升供應鏈內部流程之實際成效，使公司生產線更為順暢，獲得最大生產效益。供應鏈實行精實原則之後，藉由消除沒有附加價值的製程、學習拉式系統之精神，並採取精實方法持續進行系統改善以提升公司之供應鏈內部流程生產績效，達到公司永續經營之目標。本研究透過精實管理之價值流程圖、流程改善手法、成本績效分析及Flexsim系統模擬之分析，明確指出A公司在供應鏈內部流程及精實管理績效中之等待、矯正、搬運、庫存等問題，提出改善方法、分析與評估，修正項目有時間(如週期時間、轉換時間、加工時間、前置時間)、移動距離(如零件、員工、文件傳遞或運送)、失誤(如不良品、資料輸入錯誤)、無效率的作業方法，以及等候線(如員工等候零件或設備維修，訂單等待之處理)等，經本研究改善後，A公司已顯著達到改善之整體效益。

The study will propose an improved solution for the production processes in order to improve the actual effectiveness of the plant flow arrangement and made the company production line more smooth and efficient for future plant expansion alterations.After the implementation of lean principles in the supply chain, with the elimination of no value-added process, the concept of pull system will be learned. Attitude and adoption of lean ongoing system enhance the company's manufacturing performance of the internal supply chain flow to achieve the goal of sustainable management.Through analysis of the lean value stream management, the study can clearly indicate that A Enterprise has the waste (muda) in waiting, correction, transportation, inventory, by proposing improved methods to analyze, evaluate and revise the issues including the time (such as cycle time, conversion time, processing time, lead time), the moving distance (such as parts, employees, file transfer or transport), errors (such as defective products, data entry errors), inefficient method of operation, as well as queue lines (such as wait staff or equipment parts maintenance, order wait for the process), and then reached the overall efficiency improvement. After the above mentioned improvement,the overall efficiency for the company can be saved nearly eighty hundred and thirty thousand of waste per year.
